About this house rental

Situated in Napa Valley, this lovely house for $850 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The Casa Linda estate, a newly-built family estate in the foothills above the valley floor, sits on a private, 1-acre property with stunning vineyard views, a beautiful pool and spa, and every amenity you could ask for on your extended wine country experience. With a spacious, open floor plan designed for indoor/outdoor living and a Napa Valley modern farmhouse aesthetic, Casa Linda will soothe your senses and lift your soul. Perfect for families, extra guests, and remote work. 30-day minimum. Shorter stays may be prorated but only one guest will be permitted per month. Designed by architect David Rulon, Casa Linda is on a private and quiet country loop, located 9 minutes from St. Helena, next door to some of Howell Mountain’s most prestigious vineyards and wineries. Cade Winery and Vineyards is walking distance from the property, and La Jota, Dunn, Summit Lake, ADAMVS, O’Shaughnessy, and many more are within minutes. The property sleeps 8-12 people and features an elegant, formal hardscaped backyard and pool with olive trees and native grass accents. It features an open floor plan as the heart of the home, with a light-filled great room and a beautiful center island with generous seating for family and guests to complement the open chef’s kitchen with custom cabinetry, farmhouse sink, and professional range with two ovens, 6 gas burners, and a griddle top. Just outside the kitchen, step out into the 40-foot sun-bathed deck with breathtaking views of the vineyard across the street. Enjoy the abundant sunlight on the property or take a short walk through the woods to a lush waterfall. Situated above the valley floor, nighttime stargazing is incomparable. Features: • Modern, board-formed concrete entry pillars and electric gate • Great Room with 8’ by 20’ pocket slider doors for that indoor/outdoor Napa-style living • Four bedrooms and three full baths, plus additional sleeping space in the study and basement • A light-filled Primary bedroom with gas fireplace and remote-controlled privacy blinds, and outdoor deck with vineyard views • Master bath with standalone soaking tub, crystal chandelier and double sinks • Open kitchen with 10-foot island, with every modern kitchen appliance and amenity needed for meal preparation. • Modern concrete basement media room and exercise studio (couch converts to bed for extra guest accommodations) • Library/study with desk for remote work, hundreds of book titles and cozy leather couch and chair (couch converts to a bed for extra guest accommodations) • Music room with piano, guitars, ukulele, and African drum for those beautifully warm wine country evenings (music room also has a built-in desk for a secondary office space) • Outdoor wood-fired grill and a Weber gas grill. • Fully stocked wine refrigerator with local wine included with rental • Two gas fireplaces, including one in Great Room • High-speed wifi; two smart tvs with the most popular streaming platforms included • In-ground pool with low-chlorine UV filtration system, built-in spa, and automatic cover • Tree house for kids’ entertainment, or use it as a private meditation retreat • Tasteful automated landscape lighting • 30KW Kohler Generator for seamless backup power supply • Optional concierge, yoga, and housekeeping service available • Tennis and pickleball available at nearby courts • Local market just 3 minutes away for convenience When you reserve your stay at Casa Linda, the entire Estate, with the exception of the garage, is for your use. No other guests are present. There is a small guest house on the property that is unoccupied, but is not included with the rental. Your host is on call to attend to your needs. Once you have booked your stay you will get your host's direct number, which you may call or text if you have any questions, concerns, or just want to get some local recommendations.
