It’s a gorgeous building!! Everyone was so kind, and the location is great. Close to public transit, and a quick walk to cafes and pubs. It was quiet at night and very peaceful.

For the price, excellent.
Complimentary bfast was a very unusual facilitie. Much appreciated.
Location was very good to work in Edinburgh.
Staff member I seen was friendly and explained things very well.
Room clean , ensuite single room perfect. Bed comfortable. Would use again.
Could have done with more than 1 flat pillow.

Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly, in the reception area there are breakfast items that you can use free of charge, the property is clean and well decorated, the room we had was lovely and quiet looking out to the garden, the room is well equipped with everything you would need, comfortable bed and a good shower. Ocean terminal is a 10min walk away and there is a bus service close by.

Couldn't turn off radiator so had to sleep with all the windows open
