The property was in a great location and the staff were very helpful and lovely, especially Ann and had lots of recommendations. Felt very safe as a solo female traveller
If you’re a light sleeper sometimes the traffic can be loud at night, but I wasn’t bother and liked being so close to the city centre

Pros: extremely polite staff, fast AC, modern elevator, tasty à la carte breakfast.
Cons: street outside gets a bit busy during rush hour, but the room itself is well soundproofed. Would book again.

The highlight of this stay was definitely the team. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—they even came outside to greet me with a smile. They were accommodating throughout, which I truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself is quite outdated and the photos are misleading. My room was small, with dirty windows and worn-out towels; the bathroom specifically wasn't clean upon arrival. While the central location is convenient, it is right next to a busy road, and the noise doesn't stop at the street—despite a generous 12:00 PM checkout, the cleaning crew was very loud in the corridors starting at 8:00 AM.
It’s not a horrible place because the people are so wonderful, but it definitely needs a deep clean and a refresh to match the quality of its staff.
