Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in einem der schönen Tree Houses.
Die Lage ist super,ein bisschen außerhalb vom Zentrum aber nicht zu weit.
Es war schön ruhig und das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet.
Die Gastgeber waren extrem freundlich und hilfreich.
Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

We stayed at 5 different properties during our trip round Sri Lanka and it was by far our favourite one. Perfect for those who are after a tree house adventure but like the luxury! Good location with 5min walk to the main road with loads of bars and restaurants leading up to Lion’s rock. Staff is really nice, Prakash spoke very good english, was very helpful and helped us organise great trips to Minneiya to see the elephants, Polonnaruwa Ancient City, and to Dambulla caves. Resort also has bikes to hire really cheaply which we really enjoyed as it allowed us to explore the area and cycle around Lions Rock and archeological site. Breakfast was served at our room balcony which was an amazing choice of traditional Sri Lankan breakfast dishes, continental stables and fresh fruit. Part of the resort is still being built which will add a lot to the charm when finished.

فندق رائع جدا 👌
فكرة الفندق جميلة جدا حيث انه عبارة عن اكواخ خشبية معلقه على اعمده، احببت التصميم كثيرا.
الفندق موقعه جيد نصف ساعه مشي الى صخره الاسد ولكن لا انصح بالمشي اليها اذا اردتم تسلق الصخره لان الامر سوف يكون متعب.
موظفوا الفندق على درجة عاليه من الاحترافيه وكانو متعاونين ولطيفين جدا، الخدمة ممتازه، الاستقبال رائعا، الغرف نظيفه جدا ومرتبه ومكيفه، الحمام نظيف، الافطار شهي، كل الاحتياجات الاساسيه متوفره من ثلاجه و غلايه ماء ومجفف شعر والاضاءه ممتازه، كل شيء ممتاز

1- بعض الاجزاء من الفندق ما زالت تحت الانشاء وهناك ايضا مسبح تحت الانشاء فور الانتهاء من الاعمال الانشائية سيكون الفندق جاهز 100٪
2- لم يكن من الممكن رؤية صخرة الاسد من الغرفه لان الاشجار الطويله كانت تغطي عليها وتمنع رؤيتها، فقط جزء بسيط من قمة الصخره يمكن رؤيته ولكن ليست بالمشكله الكبيره

Title: Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff
We had a very pleasant stay at RockNest Resort Sigiriya. The room was spacious and comfortable, and overall the property provided a very good experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was also very good and well prepared.
The property is still quite new, and some development work is ongoing. Once all the remaining work is completed, I believe the resort will become an even better place to stay.
One area for improvement is housekeeping. We did not see a clearly defined housekeeping routine or policy during our stay. A more consistent system for daily room cleaning, towel replacement, and general room servicing would improve the overall guest experience.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to recommend RockNest Resort Sigiriya, especially considering its spacious rooms, friendly staff, and good breakfast.

The main area for improvement is housekeeping. We did not see a clearly defined or consistent housekeeping routine during our stay. A more structured system for daily room cleaning, towel replacement, and general room servicing would improve the overall guest experience.
As the property is still new and some work is ongoing, I believe this can be easily improved as operations become more established.
