I absolutely loved this experience! My guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire day enjoyable. Visiting the elephant sanctuary was truly unforgettable and one of the highlights of my trip.
My only disappointment was not being able to access the photos and videos taken by the sanctuary. We were given a QR code to download them, but after leaving the sanctuary, it became very difficult to access them, and unfortunately, I still haven’t been able to see or download mine. I did take my own photos and videos, but I would have really loved to have the ones they captured as well.

Really lovely hotel, great rooms that are spacious and clean. Also good AC! Hotel has Tuk Tuks which are really fairly priced for riding into town. Loved our stay!
Only small complaint is that the pool could do with a bit of maintenance, looks quite murky. Also mosquito net on the double bed was a bit small so kept riding up.

The pool was nice. Despite the language barrier the staff were kind and helpful when you could find someone. The service was quick. The atmosphere around you is gorgeous. When I first got there it was calm and peaceful......
They have construction going on at the moment 08/2026 until at least the end of the year I was told.i wish I was told before hand. Despite what it says in the description the rooms are not completely soundproof. If anyone drops anything that's staying above you, it makes a hell of a noise. Because the front of the rooms are made of glass windows and the doors are made of light weight metal it causes a lot of sound to come through. So when people walk by you can hear their conversations as clear as day. When people don't close their doors properly, everything shakes. I had a family with young children stay for 2 nights beside me.... It sounded like I was staying beside an elementary school. The bathroom windows don't close and the "screens" they had over them were old and falling off so flies were able to come in. I wanted to love this place but the longer I stayed The move things started to bother me. The last 2 days of my trip were awful.
