It's in a great location, just a few mins from the Lions Rock, the pool was nice and had fantastic views. The room was nice and clean.

The location was amazing, and the guest relations service—especially from the lady whose name I regret forgetting—made my stay truly memorable. The amazing Bar-service, bartenders with their fabulous communication interaction and assistance for every single request
I would like to share some feedback regarding the restaurant service. While the setting is pleasant, I believe the quality of service could be improved. The à la carte dining options are limited, and the same menu is offered for both lunch and dinner, which reduces satisfaction. Additionally, guest interaction with the servers felt minimal, and at times it seemed as though the staff were not fully engaged. Enhancing attentiveness and communication would greatly improve the dining experience. I hope this feedback helps in making the restaurant service even better for future guests.
