Spacious rooms with 2 big beds to accommodate our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Small fridge, kettle, Good size modern bathroom, swimming pool, free breakfast, great lunch and dinner. Owner and staffs are very friendly and joyful. Looked after our kids very well during meal times and fulfilled our need. Hospitality is fantastic. Great view of Sigiriya lion rock from the hotel.

Everything. A very tidy, clean, welcoming and well serviced place. The staff was available and always nice and caring. Rooms and bathrooms are perfect, with AC and a perfect pool as a big plus. The hotel offers many services like tuk tuk drives and organised visits for safari, ancient cities and lion rock. Highly recommend šš»

Good location, few minutes walk to the Sigiriya entrance. You can find lot of local restaurants within few minutes walk. Friendly staff. Pool was an added benefit. Simple but good breakfast
