Beautiful room, beautiful hotel, friendly staff. I stayed during lollapalooza weekend and found difficulties locating ride share but overall loved my stay.
I struggled finding my Uber/Lyft due streets being closed during lollapalooza weekend. If the hotel can accommodate this during this festival, it would make it way easier.

Pros:The location is chief kiss steps away from the Riverwalk and Milliuem Park and if you're in the mood you could walk to Navy Pier
CONS:No microwave or refrigerator in the room, only a mini bar, AC was barley working they sent someone to fix it but only he look it and change the filter and said if that doesn't work call for a fan BTW it didn't work Majority of the Staff was nice other staff seem dismissive an less helpful like the conceirge lady because we looked differently from majority of there customers sad but true mind you she looks like me but the one that were nice and helpful received nice tips
