Clean hotel and good location. Excellent fitness center with beautiful view.
Front desk person. Simply checked in. No welcome to Chicago, no info about what is offered at the hotel, no "is this your first time staying with us?" No smile, minimal eye contact. Maybe he shouldn't be in that position.

The property was very conveniently located with beautiful views of the river and Lake Michigan. The hotel was very clean and the service was great. Great coffee shop too!!!

The location and friendly staff
It was very outdated. The doors, the bathroom, the tv system, the old carpets all very outdated.
