The architecture of the building was nice. I liked that you had to have a key to access your floor. The staff were nice and accomodating. Easy check in and check out process. The views from the balcony were AMAZING.
Plumbing issues. The sink often clogged and the handles in and around the tub were leaking water. I contacted the front office who were nice and reported it be fixed; however, they just unclogged the sink and left the residue and didn't clean it and it reverted to clogging again. The amenity area by the pool was a complete MESS. Trash and debris everywhere and a man was sleeping inside.
