Conveniently located, nice room
The room was not available long after 3:00pm and the front desk personnel didn’t seem to care. They were unable to provide a time when the room would become available, did not apologize for the inconvenience and neither tried to make up for it. They said they would send a text when the room will become available and never did. They were brisk and rather unprofessional in communicating with customers
