Only thing I enjoyed was the room & the stuff I did outside the hotel

The room & hotel was nice that’s about it

Loud music, elevators took forever, staff was just horrible. & you can’t smoke on balcony

I had a wonderful time! This place was awesome

Breakfast was delicious.

The check out is to early. Breakfast price not included with stay. Cook for outdoor bar did not change gloves when handling food.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and time at Myrtle beach,

The views are amazing and property location was great

The door lock code was too long and the key pad malfunctioned at times. The tub had a very slow drain that makes the tub look dirty after showering. A small insect bit me while sleeping through the night several times, woke up to welps and itching. I was in the bed closet to the balcony

My room flooded out and they only reimburse me only 65 for the room they didn’t move us the another room they cleaned the room well but we stayed in the same room I never experienced something like this and I paid almost 415 for this room

Overall it was a great stay.

The room key system was not working properly, during our 3 day stay we could only open the door one time, all other times we had to get the desk to send someone up to open for us.

It was great !! Very relaxing.

Great view of ocean, Aldo overlooking pool. Nice pool, live entertainment…could have been longer time slot. Nice bar too.

Some one was a little rough on door to room,it wouldn’t close/shut properly. We didn’t let that ruin our stay or experience.

It was a good trip.

The view was amazing. And brining DJ to hotel helped alot with the stay.

Pull out bed was broke, and sheets were torn. Smaller than expected. Very few staff in the afternoon. And definitely no security on site at night.

Just so dirty

Location and being beach front.

Our room was so dirty they had to move us. Once moved it was ok, but all the dishes in the kitchen were dirty, line never washed. I just was shocked at how dirty everything was. Money wasted.

I enjoyed the ocean and the city. My bed was very comfortable. I will most likely stay somewhere else the next time.

The location was perfect.

Tub was stained, carpet was old, furniture outdated, and no iron available. I was told no one was available to get one because housekeeping wasn’t there until later. I asked if maintenance could look at the fridge because it wasn’t cooling. Front desk clerk said no they’re not here and neither is the manager who has the key. Finally someone came, but it was unbelievable.

This was a very peaceful , great location for food and rest.

room , pools, jacuzzi( one was cold and one was never working). Very dog friendly.

Overall the hotel stay was average. Needed to be cleaner. Maybe updated as well. Good price though.

The outdoor pool was nice. The view from my room was great. It was a bonus having a full size refrigerator.

The elevators were slow and one was not even operational while I stayed. Anytime I wanted to go down it was at least a 15 minute wait from the 7th floor and often times I had to try the north AND south to even get an elevator that was available. The 10 digit code to get in and out of the room was a bit of an inconvenience. It would have been nice if it was a card key, like most hotels, or even a physical key.

I would not like to return.

The location.

The bathtub would not drain. When taking a shower, water built up in the bathtub. The chairs and tables in the room were all scuffed up and marked. Looked very dirty. I would not allow my son to eat there. The microwave plate did not spin to properly heat my food. The refrigerator reeked of bleach when I opened it. The remote did not work to the TV. It was very difficult to figure out which channel was which, as there was no TV guide, and I had to change the channel while using the TV buttons. The TV was cracked in the front as well. The bathrooms are extremely small. Could barely get around the door without touching the toilet. Kleenex tissue was stuffed outside of the box and on top of the tissue roll, as if someone took it out and tried to put it back in a fancy way. Very tacky. The hotel receptionist were not inviting at all. Very dry barely wanted to answer any questions. I asked if I could check out an hour late and the hotel receptionist told me I needed to get out because room service wanted to clean the room as soon as possible. I said OK and hang up the phone. I’ve never been told I couldn’t do late check out at any property I’ve ever stayed. Hated it.

It was a very nice stay and good value for what we needed.

Location was great, the floors could have used a little better cleaning but were acceptable. Did not like the door lock system. Too many numbers if you were trying to get in in a hurry. Could be a safety issue if someone were trying to retreat for safety. Overall a nice place and good value.

Will stay again!

Perfect place to stay for what we were there for. Everything we needed was in walking distance and the view to the beach was spectacular. The staff was helpful and the hotel restaurant/bar was very convenient. The pool/bar was nice as well.

The keypad to get in your hotel room is a bit tricky. But the maintenance guy made that process a little better. The room was great for 2 adults but would not have enjoyed it had my 2 kids been with us. The bathroom was a bit smaller than I would have liked but it was sufficient for the weekend. And the bed was softer than what we were used too but nonetheless nothing major to complain about if I were to really complain.

No door codes, keys or swipe cards would be easier, one outlet didn't work the maintenance person had to run extension cords, the phone didn't work, we could spit faster than the shower head put out. The pool water wasn't clean.

Disappointed. Was not a good bargain for this season and the experience you provided.

The room was nice and clean.

Rude front counter staff. Balcony was so noisy that I could not hear the ocean. Also stinky as people were constantly smoking weed. The balcony view was also not as pictured online. Too many other balconies in view.

All and all we did enjoy our stay. Great excess to the beach and the purple rain bucket drink .

The breakfast was good, but I'm a Chef so I would have prepared things a little differently.

The mattress was to hard for me. I prefer a pillow top.

A fun trip to Myrtle Beach to escape and "reset."

Great customer service/communication from booking to check out. The pool facilities were fun. I liked the size and layout of my beachfront room. I was satisfied and had a great stay.

Nice room, but the seat of my toilet was not fully clean and the floors needed to be mopped. The restaurant was expensive considering the offerings. Negative things aside, I was satisfied and had a great stay.
