El personal encargado del valet (aparte que es muy lento, tuvimos que esperar unos 35 minutos) y la encargada del buffet, (dejan de servir 30 minutos antes de que de termine y apaguen la luz) muy groseros y los cuartos no tienen wifi, pienso que por el mismo precio puedes encontrar un hotel mejor.

Left immediately, did not stay, requested refund and still haven’t heard back from hotel.

Room was disgusting, smelled of marjuana, stains on the floor, cigarette burns in the bedsheets

Honestly a great place if you’re not picky on appearance. Very comfortable

Pool hours, neighbors were out in the pool at 3 in the morning.

Well you get what you pay for.

In the description it said breakfast on the go. I thought juice, muffins/bagel maybe toast or a pastries and of course coffee. It ended up being coffee and …just coffee.

When description states that the hotel has breakfast. It should be more then coffee or at least say coffee in the lobby. Our room did have a small individual coffee maker but since we stayed as “extended” ( We stayed Monday night and checked out Friday morning). We finished our coffee the first day. Our room was not cleaned so our coffee was not refilled. Hotel description also mention that the hotel was next to a bus station. Which was one of the reason I got I reserved it. It was next not, it was in fact a bus stop, a place where bus were stationed during the night or waiting until the bus had to load clients to transport them. Linen, bed sheets, blankets, towels and even the curtains were very worn and old with holes and stains.

You can't beat the price for this location being 2 blocks from the Pearl District!

The staff is excellent, the location is great (2 blocks from the Pearl District), close to downtown and St. Mary's strip. Nice little hole in the wall Mexican restaurant across the street. Also a brewery and rock climbing gym right behind the hotel.

While the location is great the immediate area around the hotel is a little sketchy with homeless sometimes congregating under the overpass across the street. Towels and linens stained or have cigarette holes. Curtains torn and/or have holes. Shower rod was broken so hung down and shower curtain would not stay closed.

Marginally ok

Room fine, but no hot water, and at 0530 next morning I had to stand outside, at 82 years old, waiting for a taxi, because the night clerk said the lobby "was closed ". This is unreasonable......

I would not stay there again. besides charging an extra 50.00 for deposit which was fine but then found out would not b

it was near the places we wanted to go.

Roaches around sink. bathroom floor not clean. beds extremely hard. front doors in room 102 would not work. sent us back 3 times before night clerk did something so we could get in at 12:30 am.

Worst day ever

I'm unhappy due to housekeeping worker talking trash the whole time that she was cleaning the room was upset because she was asked to clean the room told management about it and all they did was say sorry..

What I didn't like about it is that we have a receipt for they printed up to us and it said that we were charged $61 and our bank statement is showing that we were charged $75 and they're saying that they have nothing to do with that that they can't fix it they overcharged us for our stay and they seem like they're not going to fix the problem so this will be going to corporate office to address this issue I will no longer stay at that location and I will not recommend anyone to stay at that location the door safety Lock was broken the neighbors are extremely loud totally office and management about it and they did nothing about it it's just total chaos I am very unpleased because I tried to show my wife a good time and all I did was cause problems and arguments and I do not appreciate that super 8 motel owes me mainly owes my wife because instead of receiving a good time all she got was hell and she does not deserve to be treated that way

Door had to be lifted to shut in room 226. Light had short in it so whenever u sat on right side of bed by the head board the light would turn on and off
