We loved the location, the unique atmosphere of the property, the nice accommodations and friendly staff. We also love to be able to bypass the typical hotel lobby, restaurants, trips to the elevator, valet atmosphere. The continental breakfast was perfect for getting the day started.
Need better shower curtains. We didn’t like how we got water on the bathroom floor while showering. Bathrooms also need some kind of stool for setting towels on. Also, need to make the coffee a bit stronger.

Location was great. Easy to find and good for getting to wharf and cannery row.
Parking advertises at 20 dollars per night but charged 25 dollars per night and told rates hasn’t been updated on website yet! Toilet seat had chips. Could do with replacing

The rooms and the small patio
The people who were helping with breakfast, the weren’t nice even a little smile when we ask for coffe

The location and atmosphere of the hotel is great. The room are roomy.
The water pressure in our shower was terrible and staff said it was due to the laundry they were using in the morning. That seemed strange timing.
