Decent for a one night stay.

Breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

The pool and breakfast

My sofa bed was not cleaned from before. There was a pair of shoes inside the bed and it was dirty. My hair dryer caught on fire.

Interesting

No biscuits and gravy, no orange juice, eggs looked really weird,

Tv didn’t work, so at 11 pm they called me to switch rooms, switched rooms and the next day the water was off half the day, cold shower, had to ask for towel and wash clothes for the next day. No bible in room.

Comfort, staff, and location make this a great family friendly hotel.

The location is great! It is right next to Marcellos which has amazing pizza, subs, wings, and tons of food options. It is also right across the road from Saubels market if you want to go buy drinks or food for the room. Every staff member we encountered were respectful, kind, had a smile on their face, and if it was in their ability they fixed any issue that arose. The beds are very comfortable in between firm and pillow top soft and they give you two soft and two firm pillows on each bed. The breakfast was exceptional- bacon, Turkey sausage, 3 types of eggs: scrambled, fried, and cheese omelet, muffins, bagels with pb or cream cheese, waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt, milk, juices, coffee, tea,! The hotel smelled clean and looked clean and we felt safe and comfortable here with our children.

The pool was still being fixed up and the heater was still broke so they were allowing guests to swim in a cold pool at their own risk which I wish they wouldn’t have announced because my kids were upset when I said No but we are hoping by the next stay it is fixed and ready for the kids to enjoy!

Shower water, you have to play with the knob, moving from hot to cold a few times to get it regulated.

Just an ok visit. Could've been better for sure.

Breakfast was ok. Room was ok.

Not a huge deal, but was not greeted as an IHG member. No idea if I received point for my stay. The fitness center door is busted, no lock, and there was no way to clean the equip. I notified front desk. She was more interested in talking on the phone than addressing any customer issues it seemed. I had to kill a pretty disgusting large bug in the bathroom. There are no towel hooks except the back of the door to hang your bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, etc.

The location was convenient for us.

The room they originally assigned us was not clean. We had to wait about 40 mins to be put in a clean room. The hotel staff was discussing all of the problems that were happening with the property in front of us while we waited.

Breakfast was okay, lobby was nice.

Guestroom was dirty, dusty, and red stains (blood?) on the curtains. Old soap in the bathroom. Cracks in the walls. Overall, it should have been cleaner and nicer for the price.

I had a big Stain on the pillow I was sleeping on, made me a little uneasy when I realized it the next morning. Also they need to figure out a way to stop double charging when using a third-party booking company. I was charged twice by booking.com and the holiday inn so if you decide to book a room through booking.com just be prepared for that.
