Bed was amazing, room was spacious, location, how quiet it was. The layout of the hotel was like a resort and super cozy.
A bit too expensive for what it is. Could be a bit more elevated for that price in regards to aesthetics in the room.

Considering the arrival difficulties and deposit situation place doesn't accept cash for anything staff was polite place was perfect for our family vacation will stay here again but not through booking com they robbed us our of our credits to stay here. oh 1st day breakfast was really good and seasoned 2nd day breakfast ok no season but it was still satisfying
Didn't accept cash had to leave after arriving after a long ride to try to find a bank it took an hour to do so. We finally got checked in to accommodate their 2 day deposit on the room which was a surprise cause on booking.com it says no deposits needed/ can't trust booking com they stole my $200 credit towards this room anyway which is what caused all the issues Hyatt was great

It’s a very good hotel at a very good place, very good breakfast. However, the front desk needs to be trained better.
This should be more courteous, specially, the Front Desk clerk in the evening shift/night was pretty basic. I tried to get complementary toiletries/toothpaste brush, and he casually said not available. And same thing happened in the morning when I asked a separate Front Desk person.
How could I prestigious hotel change like this would not have complementary toiletries which even the motel would have it these days?
