Had an incredible experience here! Loved everything from the doorbell that rings when housekeeping brings something, the daily free buffet, the 26th floor with various games. The staff and the facilities are great!
I think housekeeping should be provided. Our room got dirty and it would have been nice if they cleaned the room daily. The amenities like a vanity kit wasn’t available until requested, a vanity and dental kit among other items should be provided in the room.

Location
Very disappointed with the front desk attitude—our second room wasn’t ready until 5 PM despite arriving at 4 PM, yet instead of apologizing, she kept pushing us to attend a 1.5-hour hotel tour, which felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
