Location. We walked almost everywhere we visited during our stay. Room was on the 18th floor and quiet, great view of the city.
The $25/day room credit could only be used for such a short time frame each day.

The location was great, very centered and accessible.
I couldn't wait for this survey to come soon enough. The hotel is very nice at a nice location. What I didn't appreciate was the STAFF. You should invest in customer service classes and maybe have a few incognito reviewer around the hotel specially the front desk. 1. Check in took WAY TOO LONG. I even observed this when i had to go back to the desk on my second day. And after standing there for what it seems to be an eternity, you have to carry your water to the room. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful for the "free" water but is the last thing i want to do when i have a back pack and rolling a bag. i felt for parents who had small children who juggled the waters and the toddlers.
I had to cut my trip short so i wanted to see if i could get a night refunded. The person who tended to me simply said no, didn't look into my account, didn't ask questions and simply said or come back here at 8am to see if you can talk to a manager. you can prob figure out all that's wrong with this interaction. While I waited there, Im watching another front desk employee pick at their teeth, not once, but twice!! wow, i couldn't believe it. Oh and don't let me forget about the person who tended to me the first night, super rude. When i asked regarding why they needed a credit card she tapped her finger on the desk at the very small sign that's glued to the desk explaining the $100 dollar charge per night and whatever other charges and holds. Again unprofessional. What if I needed my glasses to see, or English is a second language, or you just miss it? Like does it cost so much to verbally reply to my question? Then, I opted for my room to be clean daily, why are the attendants yelling and knocking on doors at 7:30am? I think you should invest on small door hangers that say "do not disturb" or better,eleckey locks, the ones that alert the staff when you leave the room.
