Location, room; facilities [washing machine and dryer plus ironing board and iron [Great].
Stairs - dragging luggage up the stairs; no dish cloth or sponge in kitchen to rinse dishes, no plug for kitchen sink; no plug for bathroom basin.

The location was great! The area around was easy to walk and we felt safe. The beds were super comfy.
The stairs. We knew ahead of time so it wasn't an issue but being on the fourth floor after a long day of walking the city made for a tough walk up the stairs. Overall though, not a concern!

Excellent location steps from many attractions in old city and the downtown area. Fantastic communication with staff.

Spacious room. Management took care of the chirping alarm the next day. The AC split is located perfectly above the bed. The water has softener and filter.
Lots of steps with a heavy suitcase. The room was unlocked when I arrived. A smoke detector was removed from the wall by the front door and my first night a smoke detector in the bedroom started chirping at 3am keeping me awake. The curtains didn't completely block out the light and the bed was very uncomfortable.
