Exactly what I wanted and more!

I rented this home to host a "thank you" weekend for clients. It was absolutely perfect! We loved the open split floor plan and the beautiful updates. I especially loved all of the windows which allowed for incredible natural light. The property sits on a a huge, landscaped corner lot in a very sought after neighborhood. It was a great space to entertain... perfectly appointed kitchen, guest rooms and restrooms. My guests and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cannot wait to return.

Honestly the house is perfect... I mean ABSOLUTELY perfect. If I had to give real raw feedback, I would say that the beds could have been softer, I would nix the twin bed set up and I would probably update the pool in the near future. None of the items mentioned would deter a future booking.

Stunning, comfortable house in a great location with a beautiful pool and lounge areas.

Location: The location was great! The neighborhood is beautiful, with calm streets and one gorgeous mid-century home after another... leisurely driving around the neighborhood looking at houses should be advertised as a daily activity in this time of quarantine :) There is a large shopping center with a supermarket, gas station, and various shops (food, etc) less than a mile away, which is very convenient. House: The house itself is absolutely stunning. Very pretty, all has been recently remodeled and it shows - everything looks and feels new. The two separate AC units and separate controls are a nice touch. Every room has a TV, beds are nice and comfy, and there's plenty of space for some people to nap while others are hanging out in the living room/kitchen area and some in the pool. There were 8 of us and at no point did we feel crowded - plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked with pretty much all the cooking implements you might need. The mini fridge at the bar area proved extremely useful, too! Pool: Pool and jacuzzi are great, with a bathroom you can access from the outside plus an outdoor shower to make it very easy to keep the rest of the house clean and dry. Large glass sliding doors that lead to the backyard with pool alarms at the top allow you to easily keep an eye on little ones. We brought our own pool toys, and ended up not using any of them - there were TONS already at the house. Host/service: We were gladly surprised to see that the host quietly took out the trash bins (and brought them back in) on trash-collection day, extremely nice of them to do something like that without us even noticing until after the fact. We needed to reach out to the host at one point and they were very responsive, excellent service there.

Found a few broken items upon arrival, but after a call to the host they sent someone to address it. That part was nice. However, the railing for the large barn door on the master bedroom was almost entirely off the wall, which could've been a safety issue. The maintenance tech ended up removing it, which was good for peace of mind (but left no door in the master bathroom). As a suggestion to the host, please consider adding a lock to the side gate by the trash bins, as a homeless person just walked into the backyard while we had children in the house... Made for a tense few moments as the person ran and jumped the fence into the neighbor's house and then roamed the area for a bit looking for empty houses. Called the cops and they ended up catching the guy a few hours later, for which we were thankful. Still, left us a bit on edge. We ended up moving the trash bins to block the door somewhat after this. One last minor item is that the pool heater was programmed to turn on automatically every day, would've been a bit nicer if the pool water was not warm when it was already near triple-digits outside. Still, very enjoyable, and the kids didn't seem to mind.
