The room had a private porch that looked out onto green space, which was quite pleasant. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in morning as well as the late afternoon. The Inn had several other nice seating areas outside to enjoy. The Inn also had an EV charger, which was helpful to our situation. The room was comfortably appointed. We will definitely return!
The chef was out of the country during our stay, so we did not get to experience the breakfast provided by the Inn, which we had heard wonderful comments about. The Inn provided a voucher to get breakfast at a local cafe close by instead.
The room had a Keurig machine for coffee in the morning as well as one in the main lounge area. I am a tea drinker, so was glad I remembered to bring my own tea bags.

The breakfast selections were inventive and tasty. We really liked the landscaping of the property. The staff was extremely friendly. We liked how quiet it was there.
Perhaps two chairs in the room instead of one.

Excellent proximity to major attractions - Longwood Gardens, Brandywine Museum …. The buildings and grounds are beautiful. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfasts.

The staff was great
Not warm and cozy
Service too structured
You have to select the day before what you want for breakfast and tell them what time you will show up and last of all tell them if want housekeeping service
