I loved everything about this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, the pool area was beautiful, and the restaurant had amazing food. Our room and bathroom were both very spacious and comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the property.
Nothing—we genuinely enjoyed everything about our stay and had no complaints.

Rooms were not the ones in the pictures. Pillows were uncomfortable.

The highlight for us was the ability to dive off the rocks into crystal clear water. Getting out again needed some upper body strength and maybe a challenge to some. The walks along the coast were pretty. A bus stopped just at the top of the road so you can go to local towns easily in that.
It is an adults only hotel and this translated into a quiet couples hotel. There was not much activity or banter between the ever resting guests. If you want to drink and eat and do little in a beautiful place then this is it. If you want some vibe or dynamic atmosphere you should look elsewhere.
The reception staff were slow to check us in and out and there was no water bottle filling stations. Reluctantly our water bottles would be refilled. A small volume was provided in the room. Refilling water bottles is clearly better for the environment than not and thus should be considered by the hotel. Other places in Mallorca did this with water fountains etc.
