The giant windows in the living room are dramatic and luxurious. Beds were comfortable. Carpets and living room furniture are starting to show their age but not bad. Kitchen is adequate but some of the pots and pans are also well used. Shower drains were just a little slow in two of the three. Overall a fantastic place.

The home was wonderful, comfortable and spacious. Each of the 3 bedrooms has it's own en-suite bathroom. We enjoyed the view looking into the forest and watching the stars at night on the deck. We walked Quail Ridge Trail nearby and took our Subaru up to Dinkey Lakes Trailhead and walked up to Mystery Lake. Beautiful!

Close to town and the lake, beds were all hard which was hard to get comfortable at night. Does not have AC causing the windows to sweat and making the house very warm. Other than that great trip and memories.

The cabin was beautiful, clean, and a great location. Unfortunately, we booked two nights and only stayed for one because of the beds and sleeping areas. The three full size beds are so uncomfortable we could not sleep. You can feel the springs in the beds. Please add mattress pads on top! The upstairs game room was fun until it was time to sleep there. No curtains and very bright from neighbors lights and moon shining in large windows. Please add window covers! The rest of the house was very nice, but sleeping wasn't good.

We absolutely loooooved this home. Super cute and comfortable. My only complain is that I would like yo have known in advance that the water system had high levels of asbestos. Also the top floor would benefit from having ceiling fans in the room and pool table room. Other than that it was a beautiful home.

Our stay was amazing! The outside needs to be attended too, weeds are a bit too over grown, trying to get to the front door was a lil hard for some of the family members. ALL ROOMS SHOULD HAVE FANS! TV in living room can be upgraded & all rooms could have TV’s with cable. Would be nice to be able to lock your bedroom door. Corner on the carpet, should be fixed or replaced. Kept lifting causing us to trip & almost fall. Just some suggestions, but overall this house is amazing, big, peaceful!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

Winter Weekend Stay
Loved that this place looked like you'd expect in the winter, snow all around and on the roof. Located about 5 mins out of "downtown" Shaver. Every bedroom had a full bath and a 1/2 bath just off the kitchen! PERFECT! Appreciated the detergent pods left so you could do a couple of loads, if needed. Wood fireplace was great! Heater worked well throughout house, except in 1/2 bath. If you leave the door open, heat will enter and you'll be fine. I would stay here again. Family really enjoyed this stay.

2nd time staying here with my family..Beautiful views , big kitchen with all the needed appliances and all the bedrooms have there own bathrooms...great cabin to come back to after snow skiing to BBQ, play some pool or just relax. We will be back again!

Very comfortable & spacious.
The open floor plan was great for our family to be together. The large windows brought the outside in and grandma was able to watch the kids play outside in the snow while keeping warm inside. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Definitely would book again.

Kitchen had everything we needed. Laundry room was a bonus, especially with kids. We sipped on late night whiskey on the deck and watched the stars above the silhouette of the tall pines. Magical.
I saw some people posting about the carpet in the dining room that they kept tripping on and didn’t think anything of it until it kept happening to us. They really need to take the time to replace that rug. My elderly parents were with us and I kept worrying they’d fall. It’s a major tripping hazard in a high traffic area. Even if not elderly, we kept tripping from
kitchen to table with food. Not great when carrying hot dishes. Would have been a 5 star otherwise.
