Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We had friends on the pull out couch and it was broken, however we never messaged the property manager that there was an issue. Otherwise, it was exactly what we were told and guest services was very accommodating.

Family vacation with my adult children Great location within walking distance to Duval. At the quieter end of Duval which was nice at nighttime Property was very spacious and clean Would definitely stay here again

Fun girls trip getaway! Condo was as described. Nicely appointed, comfy beds and pillows, and clean. The pool was a 2 minute walk and has a large deck area with ample shade and sun spots. Unlike some rental properties, there was plenty of toilet paper and shampoo. We are happy with our condo and think the roosters are an added bonus.

Casa Cubana was a great condo and we really enjoyed our stay. There were a few unsatisfactory things, one being to entryway area and the elevator were in desperate need of an overhaul. The roosters crowing ALL night long was extremely annoying but that has nothing to do with the accommodations…all in all it was a very nice place to stay

Beautiful property close enough to all the action. We had a tough time finding parking and the entrance to the condo's. Once we did we realized we would need multiple keys as only the front door is key coded. The house was clean and everything in working order. The skylights in the bedrooms are pretty but the sun WILL WAKE YOU UP at 7am. The light hits you like e magnifying glass. Bring a sleep mask. They are in both bedrooms. Lastly, the pool is only 2-4ft deep so not great for swi,,ing. Two of our friends scraped their feet up in the learning process. And there is no shade on the pool so it's HOT. With all of that said, we sould stay again. Lots of room. Full size fridge, dishwasher and three bathrooms made our stay more enjoyable.

The place was great and our stay was wonderful. It was just very poorly done that the elevator was broken and we, all 60 something, had to carry everything up two flights of stairs

All communication by the property manager could be better. Also a clearer description of how to find the unit would be helpful. Will email Vacasa with other issues about the property. Location on Duval makes it easy to access everything Key West has to offer.

Convenient location. House was very clean and well kept. plenty of supplies - shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, hair dryers, TP, paper towels. Carole at Vacasa was amazing to work with. Very helpful. Her restaurant suggestions were awesome. Would absolutely rent with Vacasa again. And highly recommend Casa Cubana and would stay there again.

The property location is perfect for a Key West visit. A little difficult to sleep with the rooster below. Management response to any question or problem was non-existent. We realize it was over the Christmas holiday, but either "we'll call you back" which never happened or a person was on the way......never happened

Very nice condo in a very convenient location, accommodated six of us nicely. Directions for checking in and out were pretty much non-existent, but the Vacasa after-hours person was awesome and walked us through everything with no problem.

We loved the convenience of being close to restaurants and pretty much everything we wanted to do. The unit was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. While we didn’t visit the pool area, it looked nice and well kept.
