Personal were al very caring. All extra needs were done in the same evening.
Tapas restaurant is good and crew/ service is good.
Parking is ok. Electric charging available.
Ambiance is unbeatable. The courtyard is amazing.
Parking not always on location but 50m at sister hotel.
Jacuzzi Bath tub had limestone build up.

The bed, the mirror and the room were very well decorated and super nice. The bed was really comfortable and the room was also really good. Air conditioner and heater were superb. The bathroom was also well decorated and spacious. Plus the service in the hotel was amazing! The personal were very nice and friendly, really liked them.
My rate for this hotel is small mainly because of the bathroom: I booked this hotel because in the photos it showed that there was a glass in the bathroom that I could view from the room. But when I arrived the curtains from this glass was down and when I asked we couldn’t open this curtain anymore because it’s the new policy from the hotel. So there is NO VIEW to the BATHROOM. Also the shower was horrible to use, we didn’t understand which is the hot or cold and when we did find out it sometimes it would get super hot or super cold out of nowhere. Also, our reading lights and lampshade weren’t working so we had no lights, only the main one. Plus we asked them to clean our room (before 11am since it is their policy) and they didn’t. Finally, the location of the hotel it amazing but it can only be arrived by bus or you can walk 15 minutes from the Charlottenburg train station.
