We stayed for 7 days and were more than happy with the apartment in terms of its amenities and comfort.
Tim communicated clearly regarding check-in and we met him at the gates of the complex at the agreed time, before being shown around.

We spent 1 week in this lovely modern house.
Everything was there: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, oven and microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, bbq etc.
Everything was so clean and tidy. It was also nice to have your car in the garage.
Tim is a very friendly host,

The description and photos of the property are accurate. The place has been refurbished recently and is very stylish and modern - tiled throughout. Kitchen is well kitted-out for those who wish to self-cater.

Beautiful peaceful place
The villia is absolutely fabulous, can't fault it well equipped and everything you need is there. Tim is a wonderful host and settled us in. The information in the villia is excellent. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect vacation
The house is on a gated community which in general is very quiet however there is some building work ongoing close by . The house is finished to a high spec with all the facilities you need for a relaxing break . Tjhe whole community and pool area is spotlessly clean . Tim and Raphael are just a few doors up and are there if you require assistance 24/7 . Large supermarket is 10 min walk away and the nearest beach approx 20 min . Would definitely return

Gorgeous
Firstly Tim and Rafael and their doggie companions were lovely hosts. Gave us lots of useful info and were there to sort out any minor issues we had. The house is beautiful and decorated to a very high spec with lots of homely touches around. Kitchen got plenty crockery , gadgets and utensils for guests to eat in if required. In fact nothing to complain about at all which was lovely. The pool was beautiful and grounds kept clean. It ifeels a very safe haven it being a gated community. We will be back. Thank you so much Tim and Rafael.x

The property is very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses etc. good fridge and dish washer. Good outside area with BBQ and table for eating outside. The community pool is excellent. We have done a few of this type of stay and this property was the best. Tim could not be more helpful or a better host.

Clean, well equipped, spacious and beautifully decorated!
Me and my friends stayed for a week recently and the whole experience was brilliant.
The house itself is maintained to an exceptionally high standard. The owner is fantastically helpful. We had to contact him on several occasions and our problem were dealt with super quickly, within minutes!
The location is brilliant. We hired a car, but the bus routes and cheap taxis means that you're not too fan from the busy places, but far enough out for it to be quiet.
I really want to find a negative, because let's be honest, no where is ever perfect. So here it is.... the pillows were a little too firm for my personal liking. I honestly can't think of anything else....
I'll definitely be looking to book here again!

Relaxing holiday in first class accommodation
We really enjoyed our holiday in this extremely clean and tastefully decorated house. Everything is to a high standard- including the beds. Air conditioning available downstairs and in the bedrooms- making it comfortable on hotter days. We loved sitting in the garden, as it's a complete suntrap from lunch to evening.
The pool area is fabulous. Again, very clean, with plenty of sun beds and parasols. In fact, on one of the days we were the only ones there. Complete relaxation.
It's in a safe and quiet residential area. A large supermarket is about 10-15 min walk away. The beach is about a 20 mins walk - where there are a number of restaurants over looking the sea. Bike hire is available here and was very reasonable (6 Euro for half day). A further 20 min walk along the seafront brings you to the main area of Meloneras. Here, you find high class shopping and eateries. It's a beautiful resort. We got a taxi to Playa de Ingles for the evening- but returned after an hour- as Meloneras is 100 times better.
If you aren't keen on walking- the taxis are excellent. Cheap and plenty of them. Only 4 euro to get to town. (Ring from the house and they turn up within minutes).
We had a great time and would highly recommend this property.

Special beautiful house
Having previously stayed at the owners' other property in Tauro I must say that this property is furnished and equiped to an equally very high standard.
The location is ideal for exploring the local area with Meloneras and beach being 15 minutes walk away. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. If you want to go further afield taxis are quick and reasonable.
Tim and Alberto are very friendly and could not be more helpful.
I have already booked for next year and am now willing the next 49 weeks away.

The location was in a quiet place,away from any noise.The house was clean.Furthermore,the kitchen was well equipped with everything you can possibly think of.Tim and Alberto were very helpful.I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives as it was superb.

Outstanding Villa - Superb Throughout
Every year, I stay in 1 or 2 villas in different locations and I have to say that this is one of the very best I have ever stayed in (and I include the ones in Florida). It is spacious, has beautiful décor and is extremely comfortable. All the rooms are bright and airy with a stunning kitchen packed full of high quality appliances whilst the bathrooms are stunning. The shutters on the windows allow you the choice of air conditioning or fresh air cooling (which I prefer). It has private outdoor space at the back for barbecues and eating.
The urbanisation is really relaxed with great security and the most fantastic pool. It is enormous and you can easily swim lengths - this is kept for residents of the urbanisation only and was quiet when I was there. There are plenty of sunbeds and parasols free of charge and it has the sun throughout the day.
Tim, Alberto and Rafa are lovely people, who are professional but very friendly, setting really high standards in the main requirements of providing a quality villa and some lovely small touches which shows they go the extra mile. I know we all appreciated the extra touches.
Overall, a wonderful villa run by great people in a superb location with fantastic facilities - clearly 5 Star Accommodation and Service.

Fantastic house
This house is fab and the owners are so accommodating ... I would definitely recommend this home from home just outside Meloneras. The accommodation is immaculate. What you see is what you get, everything is available for a comfortable stay and the owners are so friendly.

A great find
Just returned from a great week staying at Tasteful Meloneras with my partner. I travel regularly for work and I've stayed in lots of rental accommodation. This property was excellent, very clean, elegant décor and equipped to a very high standard with all you would expect of high quality rental. We cooked on two occasions making the most of the well equipped kitchen including, oven, grills, utensils. Our bedroom had recently be refurbished to maintain the owners high standards. It's a great pleasure to stay in a place where the bedding is good quality but more important the bed had a quality mattress with aided a very comfortable sleep.
The area is very convenient for travelling both north to the airport and Las Palmas but also just a short walk to the up market Meloneras with its promenade, trendy bars and restaurants and up market shopping area.
The owners were very helpfully and professional and we would certain stay there again. Thanks Tim and Alberto for providing a great place we both had a very relaxing holiday 10/10.

Perfect getaway
This property is a very clean, comfortable and stylish rental. The beds are luxuriously comfortable and the kitchen is spacious and of a high specification, particularly good for a holiday rental and well equipped with everything you will need. The pool is clean and relaxing as is the quiet, child out complex. Will be back and would defiantly recommend to friends and family. Great holiday rental
Me and my family had a great break in this holiday rental. It was exactly as described and as the photos are taken. The house is in a quiet location but within a few minutes your are at the beach or among the restaurants of Meloneras or Playa Del Ingles. There is a taxi rank about 3 minutes walk from the house. We didn't use the pool area but it was big, extremely clean and very quiet during the week. It was my mums 60th and Tim went over and above to make the holiday extra special by arranging helium balloons, a cake, chocolates and some bubbly on our arrival, this made out trip and can't thank Tim enough.

Fab stylish home away from home
My partner and I have recently returned from staying at this apartment. We totally enjoyed our time here ... So peaceful and relaxing and everything you need. Tim and Alberto are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Would definitely stay here again ... In fact just confirming another week at Easter next year!

The house is very calm, neat and clean, nicely designed and equipped, it was a perfect stay.
We did not find the least to complain about, the entire house is exactly as described in the offer, the house is really as nice as shown.
