It’s a bit expensive for what it is. It’s a B&B with B&B facilities charging hotel prices.

Stonewater House was an excellent choice for our 3 day stay on the Isle of Arran. It was a great location on the Main Street in Lamlash. It was very comfortable accommodation to a very high standard.
Carol and Jules were the perfect hosts and the breakfasts were superb. There are plenty of evening meal options within a 5 minute walk of the property
The fruit kebabs and the haggis in a whiskey sauce are highly recommended.

The location is perfect, facing Lamlash Bay and Holy Isle. The room is spacious, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The shower has excellent pressure and the bathroom products are lovely. What elevates Stonewater from other B&Bs is the breakfast. The quality and variety of the vegan breakfasts is amazing. Even if you are not vegan (I am), the quality of the food is so far beyond the usual UK B&B as to make a stay here a real treat. Carol and Jules are excellent hosts. I loved it so much that I stayed an extra two days.
