Located in Tybee Island, this attractive house for $552 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. 1804 Chatham Avenue - Bring your kayaks and your fishin` gear! - FREE Wi-Fi Beautiful historic district home recently renovated with bright open spaces and modern comfortable furnishings. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on any of enormous decks and patios including the rooftop deck which features a 360 panoramic view across the entire south side of the island all the way out to the water. This property features a gourmet kitchen with two enormous living spaces as well a ping pong table on the middle balcony. All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits. This house was big enough for all of us! Loved the screen porch along with the views from the rooftop. The walk to the beach was about 2 minutes in any direction. Would stay here again.

House was lovely and it's location on Tybee was delightful. We had bad storms several of the days we were there,but the size and layout of this house allowed us to enjoy even those times.

The beds were comfortable, plenty of space and good location. But sofa on 2nd floor and chairs on enclosed porch were dirty, should really be replaced.

Overall we had a great time staying here! Very beautiful house. The screen porch and rooftop porch were fantastic to have. We loved the location. Plenty of space. There were a few differences from the pictures and reality though. The 3rd floor (if you count the garage area as 1st floor) side room was renovated to include an additional bedroom (with a bunk bed) and sitting area. The extra bedroom was nice to have, but we would have preferred to have the ping pong table there instead of being moved to the garage. It was actually a major selling point to picking this house. We didn't end up using the table at all because everyone would rather be in the house than the garage. Also in that area - we could NOT figure out the lights. I looked and looked and there was no switches to be found. We did not use the sitting area at all as a result making it a wasted space. While on the subject of lights - the master bathroom had a similar problem. The bathroom itself was beautiful and a lot of the girls used it for getting ready. Would have loved to use the jacuzzi tub if I had the time. But we could NOT find a way to turn on the lights above the sink. I checked every switch in the bathroom and bedroom and they all had a purpose and none of them turned on those lights. The other main issue we had was regarding the kitchen sink leaking. The property management company was fairly quick to respond to us about it, but it was not able to be fixed before we left. It made using the kitchen fully a bit difficult. All of this being said - I would consider staying here again if traveling to Tybee in a large group again.

This house was perfect for our large group of 10. Comfy beds, plenty of space to spread out, and a terrific location. Unfortunately the weather during our stay was horrible (windy, cold and rainy with some minor flooding) so we weren't able to enjoy all that the house and Tybee offer, but we would definitely love to return.
All in all, this is a fantastic property! A few suggestions to make it even better:
Fitted sheets weren't big/deep enough to stay on the king bed mattresses and one sheet was actually ripped. Time to invest in new.
A house this large needs more than a handful of drinking glasses.
We arrived to find no trash bags which meant a trip back to the store in the awful weather.
Three dishwasher pods were not enough. With a large group, the dishwasher was filled and ready to be run after each meal. Certainly not the end of the world, but would be a nice touch to have enough basic supplies for length of stay.
Lightbulb in overhead kitchen light needs to be replaced.
Bottom line: the house really is lovely and we can't wait to stay again!

This house was nothing short of amazing! There was plenty, PLENTY of room for my large family and the kids even had their own area as well. The sunset on the crows nest each night was breathtaking. My only complaint is the gas stove. There are 4 burners and only one would stay lit. Also the living room tv kept going blank. May have been a hdmi or cable problem. Other than that our trip was amazing. The whole family was sad to leave! Will definitely be back next year!

Outstanding! Above expectations!
The pictures of this property don't do it justice. First, it is huge! There is so much space you can go with a huge group, and honestly never run into each other. The patios (Yes, multiple) are great! The rooftop deck gives an amazing view of the sunset. Very short walk to the beach. you could easily pull a cart or something with all your gear.
The beds, linens, towels, etc are all in great shape and are really comfortable. AC works GREAT! Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you'd need.
Pretty much, if you're thinking of renting this place, definitely do it. It's an amazing property.

Loved the hardwoods, all the beds and TVs needed. Garage and porches could use good cleaning. Luved the view from top deck could see ocean. Assured us they would spray for roaches. Good visit to tybee
