Reserve this cabin today and get ready to explore Alaska! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This cozy little cabin had everything we needed. The Jacuzzi was out while we were there but, the Nordic spa was just down the road. It was a wonderful stay. I would definitely come back.

The locale is great. However, when we booked it we booked it with a hot tub. There is even a hot tub in the picture. When we asked, we were told by vacasa that we should have been notified of the change. They admitted that they didnt notify us. We asked for a partial refund. They wouldnt because they said we had paid the no hot tub rate. The front stoop was thick as 5 inches in ice. They said it should be cleared before we arrived. They said they would clear it. They also said they provide a shovel for us to use when it snows. It did snow but no shovel. Someone did come but all they did was put some gravel on the ice. When we went to cook, black smoke billowed from the oven setting off the fire alarm and it was stinky and pretty nasty. Make sure you have a vehicle since you are required to take your trash down to the recepticle located .9 miles from the cabin.

We loved our stay here! It was quiet and private, even on the deck. The hot tub was great even on a rainy day. We would definitely stay here again!

After me having a stroke and a friend of mine that went with me that spent five months in the hospital he was totally relaxing totally clean very easy to find I wish I had learned about this years ago but we will be back for sure and the hot tub excellent can't say enough about how good it was thank you for your hospitality and sharing your cabin with all of us. This cozy get a way had everything we needed and more. Clean and well kept. Sitting in hot tub felt totally private with nice view of mountain.

We usually love it. This time the furnace ways making loud noise. The couch was broken. The TV did not work and the hot tub was 110° so we couldn't go in it. It was our 40th anniversary. We got moved the next day. Everything worked all of the other times we rented it. Kind of ruined our night.

House was great. We were bummed to book through Expedia and then not get the check-in code until we called the morning of our reservation and sorted it out with Expedia and Vacasa for 1.5+ hours on the phone. That was annoying as it delayed our trip leaving our house for the weekend. Besides that, the house was great...just the booking was annoying.

Very cozy

We loved our time in this cozy little cabin. Everything we needed was provided (except food of course), it was clean, warm (middle of February) and the hot tub was ready for use. Directions were easy to follow, and check in and check out was a breeze.
Highly recommending this cabin to several friends.

Secluded, Private Cabin and Hot tub

Pros: Secluded, hot tub was fantastic, quiet, clean towels and linens, overall cabin was clean. Simple check-in/check-out and Vacasa was very responsive.
Cons: Lightbulbs burned out throughout the cabin, hot tub light burned out, snow not shoveled at entry door which was an ice pack (ice melt was down) but very slick. Memory foam on pullout couch stained, and frame is sagging in the middle, not comfortable. No linens that we noticed for the pullout, luckily we brought our own. Standing lamp in living room looked broken as black ducktape was holding the base together. Overall, this is a great cabin, it just needs some mtnc. performed inside and outside for it to receive 5 star rating.

Location was private at the end of a cul de sac. The best thing was the hot tub on the back deck. Clean, was drained and filled right before we arrived. We asked for a little extra time for check out the owner allowed. We would stay here again!

Nice little cabin! Clean! Enjoyed our stay very much! Not as private as the photos make it seem, but not bad, might be better in the summer with tree coverage. Could use some updates for the price they are asking. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would rent again! :) Thank you!

Had a great stay in the cabin. The cabin is nicely decorated, clean and very cozy. It would have been nice for the cabin to come with a broom and shovel... it snowed a lot while was there and that was an issue. the other issue I had was not having access to cleaning supply's. we are in a pandemic.. so it would have been nice to have some spray clearer/ disinfectant. I stayed for three nights and only two rolls of toilet paper were supplied. Overall the property is beautiful, the cabin is cozy and is very close to perfect.

Enjoyed staying in this comfortable and relaxing Cabin. Hot tub was especially nice to be in for the cold winter. Functional kitchen and nice bathroom. Recommend to others looking for a relaxing stay in Girdwood.
