Located in Ocean City, this lovely condo for $215 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS ARE IN PLACE! Our cleaning service employs the following sanitizing protocols: • They sanitize the workspace and all areas touched. • They use EPA approved disinfectants that kill the virus. • They wear masks and gloves when they clean our condo. • Their employees’ temperature is checked everyday when they come into work. • They adhere to the guidelines proposed by the state and federal government. • Optional anti-bacterial fogging service that penetrates all soft surfaces (cushions, carpets, mattresses, etc.) is available at an additional cost. This North End (the best part of Ocean City) beach condo is 4 houses away from the beach and quiet end of the boardwalk! (The heart of the boardwalk is only a 5 minute walk.) What’s more stores and restaurants are only a block away (easy walking distance). Just park your car (free street parking) and “forget about it” because everything is so close by. Your days will be filled with biking on the boards, shopping, beach-combing, dining, rides, and quiet time under the stars to relax and enjoy the memories of the day. The perfect recipe for a perfect vacation. This recently renovated condominium, is located on Park Place between 3rd and 4th streets. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and comfortably sleeps 6. We are on the third flood (two flights of stairs) above the street noise and with beautiful views. You can see the ocean from the living room! There is 1 king size bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 queen size pull-out bed in the sofa. Wi-Fi Internet access is included allowing you to stay connected while on vacation (no working allowed!). Wonderland is close enough to walk to with the children, in fact you can see the Wonderland Ferris wheel and the new Castaway Cove GaleForce Roller Coaster from the balcony. But don’t worry, they are far enough away so that you can sit on either of the two balconies and enjoy the quiet, except for the relaxing sound of the ocean of course. Downtown Ocean City is within walking distance and with the beach so close it will be easy and fast to come home for naps, snacks, bathroom breaks, etc. and not miss a moment of the fun. Condo Amenities: * Living Room with a 40” cable HDTV and Blu-Ray player, sofa with a queen size pull-out bed * Fully equipped eat-in kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee makers (Keurig & Mr. Coffee), toaster, pots & pans, dishes, silverware * Full bath * Spare bedroom with two twin beds * Master bedroom with a king-size bed, flat screen 32” cable TV, and balcony access * Washer and dryer - Apartment size * Air Conditioners (3)/Heat (4 thermostats - 1 in every room) * Wi-Fi * Beach Tags (6), Outside Enclosed Hot Water Shower, Balcony Furniture *We ask you supply your own linens specific to the bed sizes for each room; 1 king, 2 twins, 1 queen sofa pull-out and also your own bath & beach towels. Towels and linens can be provided with pre-arrangement and at an additional fee from local concierge businesses. Ask us for details. No smoking and no pets please. Rentals are to mature adults over twenty-four (24) only. No proms or graduation groups.

We loved being near the beach and the boardwalk. It is a quiet end of the island. The condo was comfortable and is in good condition. The parking was difficult at times as the adjacent streets were very full. Once or twice we had to park several blocks away.

Bob’s place was perfect for us. The location is A+ and the apartment was clean and very nice. Bob was very responsive and wanted to make sure we had a great week, which we did!!

Had a great time at Bobs condo on north end of PC. Great location (1 block from beach), plenty of street parking. Rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely use again!

Our 4 year old son thought Bob's house was amazing and he was right! We loved our stay because it was close enough to walk everywhere, but also far enough down that it was relaxing. We 💯 recommend!

We are a family of four with a 2 year old and 8 month old. Quick access to the beach and boardwalk. Very close to Wonderland Pier (but not too close) Overall great location in North Beach. Would recommend!

The property was perfect for a quick weekend getaway for us. It was quiet and very peaceful. The location to both downtown and the boardwalk made for nice leisurely walks. Hope to do it again!

My standards are VERY high. This rental met them. Some positives: owner communication, beach/boardwalk location, rental cleanliness and amenities. Would definitely recommend and stay again. A noted negative would be parking. However, this is not inclusive to this property. It’s an island issue. Great family experience!!

Absolutely amazing vacation home to use for your Ocean City trip. Less than a block to the boardwalk and Oves famous restaurant. Great for breakfast lunch and dinner! Home was clean and very comfortable and Bob and Bobbi were excellent to deal with. It’s everything you expect but you never get , perfect service perfect rental!

This condo was clean and made for a very nice stay for our family of four. Second bedroom is larger than it appears in the photos, great for our teenagers to have their own room. Location is so close to the beach! A bit of a walk to the heart of the boardwalk attractions, which worked out well considering how much we ate all week! The only drawback was not having a dedicated parking space - which was not a surprise, it was noted in the listing, just something to be aware of. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this condo!

Bob’s place was absolutely perfect for our group of three. We loved being so close to the beach. The king size bed was more comfortable than my own and I loved having an air conditioner in the bedroom. The bathroom was spacious and the two large towel racks were a bonus for hanging both, bath towels and hand towels. I loved the convenience of the Keurig for my morning coffee. The only thing missing was a can opener, but we were able to borrowed one. We would definitely stay here again, but may choose Bob’s larger unit if we have more people. This place will not disappoint!

Our stay was great, this was the first time we visited ocean city new Jersey. The street was quiet and in a perfect location for the beach and boardwalk. It was nice the condo was on the top floor. The only thing we were disappointed about was that the condo wasn't that clean when we got there. The floors were sandy, the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it, and the mattress protector and quilts had stains on some of them.

We enjoyed this renting experience so much from start to finish! Bob was very nice to interact with. His itinerary was so helpful (the tip on Ward’s Pastry having excellent cinnamon rolls was epic). This location is perfect for the beach and boards. You have everything you need in this rental. My husband, 5 year old daughter and I loved every second. Thank you and we hope to rent again soon!!
