This property is located within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. We had our 6 year old granddaughter and it was so easy to walk to many things. It was clean and nicely decorated. We would stay there again when traveling to Tybee.

We enjoyed our stay in Tybee. The property was lovely and was perfect for hanging out and having family time. We cooked our meals in the kitchen and it was adequately stocked to prepare our meals. The access to the beach was great, just a nice short easy walk. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The property was very nice. However there were a couple of hiccups. We advised the property manager/owner about our concerns and hopefully they will be addressed for future rentals. One of these concerns being no instructions for check out until after we left! All VRBO properties should contain check-in and check-out information on site and not rely on emails/texts.

Our stay was wonderful. The property was exactly as it was online. It was so clean and well decorated. I will always make this a top stay when I visit Tybee. Also, I had a question about parking and the owner responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this property. And it is on the beach!

Beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious condo just a 2 minute walk from the beach! Loved that owners provided beach stroller, umbrella, chairs, towels, etc… Easy Check in/out. Even better in person than what pictures show 😊

Great place to stay. Condo is very nicely done, equipped with what you need. It is very well cared for and clean. The area was quiet at night. Less than a block to the beach, food and shopping. We would definitely stay again. If you have a low clearance vehicle you have to come in completely parallel onto the driveway before starting your turn into the parking spots. Just angling in one tire at a time was not enough.

This property was just as advertised and more. We felt very much at home in this cozy condo. Everything we could need was there waiting for us. The location was perfect with being just a short walk to the beach, Pier, and local shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this property!

This was our first time visiting Tybee. This condo location was perfect. We could walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We did go into Savannah numerous times and the drive was very easy. The little things Julie had in the condo were very helpful - beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and the beach stroller to take it all in one trip, wireless phone chargers throughout, a well stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Wonderful Condo. The condo is nicely decorated, fully stocked and well maintained. The condo overlooks and alley and it can seems a little closed in. No view. We had one neighbor that was disorderly but he left the second day and it was peaceful after that. Parking is fair. Walking distance to most things and the activities of fishing. tour guides and jet skiing are excellent.

Was everything we desired. Right near beach and pier, more than adequate parking, walking distance to central area. Plenty of sleeping areas. Only issue was TV in den was non-functional, apparently a prior renter messed with it and accessibility was dropped - not owner’s fault. Owner promises to fix it soon, which is great. TVs in bedrooms worked fine. Would highly recommend!

First, the pictures don’t really do it justice. In person, it’s much larger than the pics suggest and every bit as updated as it looks, if not more. It was true to the listing in that it was a no contact check-in. Steps from the beach is not an exaggeration. On that part of Tybee there is nothing directly on the beach. A road and then sand dunes that are protected separate everything from the beach with only boardwalk walkways over the dunes to access the beach. There’s no getting around that. However, it’s a half-block walk to the beach entrance. And it’s a block over from tons of shopping TS Chu’s, Waves, etc. And a few iconic Tybee restaurants, one at the end of the same block near the beach. As for the condo itself, it was a second floor (no first floor apartments as the parking is underneath where the first floor would be. They do have an elevator for bringing heavier items up and down. The condo was very clean. They have all the things you could think of to need but don’t want to bring from home: dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, coffee pot. Even coffee and a few basic seasonings. Overall, very happy and satisfied with this place and the gracious host. When we go to Tybee again (and we will) we’ll stay here if we can book it.

We stayed in North Tybee Island last year, but we spent most of time on the south side of the island. This year we decided to stay somewhere within walking distance of the restaurants and shops in that part of town. This condo was perfect for a family vacation. It was clean and had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone that wants the Tybee Island experience.

Beautiful, sparkling clean condo. Well stocked with everything beach goers might need. Comfy beds and soft, high-quality towels. Excellent location. Our only issue was getting in and out of the garage: we had two Priuses that scraped pretty badly on the bottom as we were trying to enter and exit. Going in at an angle is a must! We would certainly stay here again (now that we know the angling trick!).
