Superb location, but construction site next door. Apartment not fully equipped for six.

Great location in the heart of Barcelona. Everything within walking distance. Two clean bathrooms. Easy check in.

Noisy apartment. Construction site next door generating a lot of noise, starting at 7 AM. Would have been nice to make a renter aware of this on the booking site. The apartment was not well isolated. We had unfortunately very noisy neighbors who loved to party till late at night. Airconditioning units made rattling noises every few minutes. The beds were not very comfortable and hard. Mattresses were too thin. The kitchen table was too small for six to have a normal dinner on. Also the cutlery provided was not enough for six. Eg. there were only four spoons and not enough knives. There was no spatula so stirring in a pan had to be done with a iron spoon. Marks in the pans show that previous renters have done so too. Sitting comfortably with six in the living room with six was not possible. In all, a bit disappointing for the money spent.

Good value for money, Nice position. Perfect apartment for 4 people

Clean and cozy apartment. Perfect location in the city center. Everything is walking distance

There were men at work along the street. Almost impossible to sleep after 8am

Great location. Very nice flat

Great location! Everything in a walking distance. Supermarkets in front of the house. No need for keys just codes for the door. Great kitchen. Hot water all the time. When you leave you have a place to store your luggage.

The beds are not comfortable. No window in the shower so it's a bit smelie.

good location, not the cleanest facility, need to add extra deposit in an external site

the location is the only thing that matter in this facility

only a few days before after check-in they send you a message saying that is mandatory to register in an external site and pay an extra deposit of 300€. after our checkout part of the deposit was not returned because they say you broke something. It’s not the cleanest spot. The entering code didn’t work (the sent code was wrong).

Would definitely recommend this apartment to future travellers to Barcelona

Location was fantastic to central Barcelona. Access to the apartment was easy and communication ahead of time was idea.

Nothing to do with the apartment itself but there was alot of noise at night time from the apartment above / below us.

Location was excellent and the apartment was quite comfortable and clean.

Trying to access codes to the apartment was a bit confusing and the staff at the Black Swan hostel who were dealing with it could have been more helpful.

4* star cost of apartment but 1-2* standard provided only !! A clear ripp-off of tourists...

4* star cost of apartment but 1-2* standard provided only !! Hence a clear misbalance (Rip-off!) related to quality, comfort and cleanness (see pictures). Negative specifics: Surroundings: -Noisy, heavy constructions front and back of house! I had planned to do some office-work in the apartment, not a quite place to work… -Entrance to building, dirty/shabby… broken Glass front door… (speaking of first impression!) -Not a nice neighbourhood you would expect for the cost they’re are charging! -Taking the elevator to 4th floors feels uncomfortable/scary, maintenance done ??? -You can hear the elevator mechanic noise within the apartment, noisy in general you can hear the neighbours (thin walls). Apartment: -Access to Room did not work with the code sent, needed to call support team to get the door open… -Apartment looks ok’ish in terms of cleanness on first look … but with a closer look you notice, there’s is no serious attention to cleaning given, see pictures of Air-conditioners (!!) , sofa (heavy stains!!), living room, etc. -Bed-room: They have installed very low quality beds (thin mattresses), same beds which they use at 2* Hostel: http://black-swan-hostel.hotels-in-catalonia.com/en/#photo -Roller-shutter do work in the sleep-rooms to darken the room for sleep! -They claim apartment is 80m2, in reality it is rather 60m2.

Very poor

The check-in's sistema was terrible. They sent 5 unclear different emails . We finally got lost in Barcelona because there is another similar properties in Google, and off course we finish there. Thus, we needed to get a taxi in order to find both, the check -in place and the appartment.

The location was good for local sites. Current road construction limited Taxi access through the front street. Walked with luggage to the front door.

Disclosure of construction was not provided when booking. The adjacent building was under demolition & street in front of the apartments was under construction (jackhammers start at 0630).

I will definitely stay here again in the future. I would give an 8.7/10, but its rounded up to a 9.

- Fantastic location - Spacious apartment - All the important facilities are available on the premises - I stayed there alone which made it pricey, but you can easily stay here with 6 in total. With 6 it can be considered fairly cheap - Quick response from the hosts

I basically liked everything about this place with only one exception. The code for the apartment didn't work on two separate occasions, both in the worst time imaginable. The positive side was the willingness to help from the hosts + reception. Both times we were able to resolve the problem eventually.

Worthwhile because of the location and 2 en suite bedrooms.

No breakfast was included. We purchased our own food and snacks or went to a local place to eat. Wifi was terrific. Reasonably good location to walk to most of the sights in the city center. Good transportation in the area if the walk was too long.

No hot water on the first day. The second bathroom shower head would not stay in the top setting and had to be hand held for use. Beds were hard and not comfy. Not being able to check in prior to 3 PM.

it was spacious, clean and well located.

the heater was not turned on the first night. Lacked extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen was not well equipped. dishwasher didn’t work properly.

No timely respons owner, uncomfortable beds, humid smell throughout appartement, no lock from inside the appartement, broken blinds, property pictures not up to date, strange request on last day of our stay to transfer an additional 300 euros deposit

Lovely flat but concerns with security and communication.

The property was in an excellent location , very clean, spacious, good WiFi, good facilities in kitchen. Beds very comfy.

The flat didn’t appear to be secure as no internal lock in door and lounge window did not lock. The safe was locked prior to arriving at flat and despite communication via phone and WhatsApp, not only did no one come to sort it out, but we also didn’t even receive any response over this issue. So all valuables had to be left in the flat with the stress of knowing they were not safe.

Appartment has a good location. Big rooms. Quite clean.

Apprtment is not in the same state as on photos. Photos are way nicer and newer than reality. Windows are looking toward inner yard, so appartment is not so bright from daylight. Photos of bathroom are from when it was renovated probably, but in reality it is old. Bed linen is of poor quality.

Great location and digital locks so no messing about with keys on check in / out. Clean and spacious.

The only thing was it’s also a residential building so we were told to keep the noise down even though we weren’t making much noise at all. Not a big deal but it did put a slight dampener on things

Great location and comfort

Great location, quiet, comfortable, outside very hot - in the apartement the temperature was ok even without ac, easy communication...

Dish drainer missing, basic wall painting would make the apartement look much cleaner

Contact with the owner was great and she was really helpful. Checking in was easy with digital access for the property. The location was also perfect and walkable to the beach! Great host, great apartment and good location!

Great location, nice apartment, AC, washing machine and overall the feel from the apartmant.

The apartment is located on quite busy street and the windows to the apartmens are pretty thin so you can hear everything that’s going on. It disrupted our sleep.

You can rent better flats with this price unless you are 6 persons and insist to stay in center.

3 separate bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, big kitchen and living room. Flat is big and perfect for 6 persons (for 3 couples is best) and in excellent location. I wish it was more to say.

First ,checking was one of worst experiences I had with Booking.com, host did not reply at all even to Booking.com support and just called back exactly in check-in time, I also was disappointed by Booking.com support that 2 times they promised if host does not answer they will relocate us but guess what, just words and I stayed in streets and cafes for 4 hours! I will consider it for next reservation about Booking.com. Second, Disappointedly very old A/Cs, rusty bath tubs, showers cannot be fixed on bar (Both bath rooms!), dirty curtains (check photos), beds with wheels that move with smallest move (Really why?!?!), water dripping from Kitchen's ceiling (check Photos), not enough dishes (just big size pan) and cutleries (2 wine glasses!), not simplest goods in kitchen (like salt, pepper or tissue). Ultimately if you are picky from hygienic POV I will not recommend this flat. I believe some owners have forgotten how to host due to COVID time... Regards
