Excellent. Rooms were a good size, modern and comfortable. Great location

Safe property, nice modern rooms in a great location and staff answered the phone promptly when we hit a check-in snag and were very helpful.

Check-in was a complicated process and the correct booking code wasn't easily accessible. Took too long and the touch screen was pretty unresponsive

Fantastic stay - Comfortable & great location

Very beautiful Spanish style house with tall ceilings, great location and comfortable beds.

The drain in one is the showers was clogged so water drained very slowly. The other shower was a bit old. Both could be improved but still not bad

Great location but needs work

Great location. Walkable to Las Ramblas & Sagrada Familia. Lots of cafes, restaurants & convenience shops. Near the park for running. Safe neighbourhood. Check in process was smooth & the extra keycard option is a great idea. Cupboard in bathroom was useful for toiletries. Staff tried their best to be helpful when we highlighted issues.

Photos aren’t a good representation of the actual size. In general, everything was smaller & more cramped than expected. Tiny elevator (accessed by a few steps) and tiny staircase (though spacious once you have come down from either Tower at Sagrada Familia). Washing machine didn’t rinse well (the staff offered to send someone to check but we didn’t accept as we would be out). So a manual rinse cycle had to be run after every load. No clothes drying rack provided (not everyone likes to use a dryer). Dishwasher rack was rusty & needed to be replaced (the staff offered to send over a replacement but again we declined as it’s not our role to act as their property manager). No cupboards or storage or hanging space in the master bedroom. Not even a hook on the wall. The only place for clothes is in the 2nd bedroom. Top bunk in 2nd bedroom had a safety rail that is lower than the mattress. Safety issue as the occupant could fall off in their sleep. Again, we highlighted this to staff. Bathroom (of which there’s only one despite 2 bathrooms being shown in the photos) lacks space to hang towels for more than 1 person. We had to hang towels over the dining table chairs. The 2 levels in the bathroom were also poorly designed & a safety issue with no hand rail available. Shower cubicle very tiny & no place for toiletries in the cubicle. Aircon worked well but there was a “filter cleaning message” on the display and a musty smell when it was turned off. Television only has local channels & most of those were not accessible due to poor signal. Honestly it felt like we were doing the work of the property manager by staying there & giving them a list of all the things that needed fixing or improving. Most of these could have been remedied with a simple inspection between bookings so that future guests aren’t inconvenienced and can actually enjoy the amenities which they have paid for.

the rooftop was closed. the pictures were staged a lot, it looks way smaller once you arrive. the check in is very complicated since you have to check in all guests by passport again, even though you did it a couple of times online before.

Awesome!

Location was great for what we wanted. It was in the middle of all of the sites and we could walk to them all. The apartment was wonderful. Very large and well appointed for what you need traveling. There’s a bonus roof deck too. Definitely worth it and recommend!

We were a bit confused by the apartment number but a quick call clarified.

Very good

The location, the building, the apartment, the terraces. Very friendly stuff, helpful, easy to check in.

In December, a little bit cold. Air conditioner helps a little, but it’s a little bit odd to use it during the night.

Pleasant

Good location and spacious apartment. It has airconditioning which we appreciated in the hot summer. We were allowed to store our suitcases in the office which is only 5 minute walk from the apartment. In the kitchen was bottle of water, coffee, tea, small fairy for dishes and laundry wash, one dishwasher tablet which was nice. Beds felt clean, but I didnt appreciate rubber mattress protector because it was not comfortable, but I understand that they prefer to use it.

Apartment was really dark, with no sunlight and no view, it felt really claustrophobic. I specifically asked about the view before - when I was booking the apartment, because in the review I read about apartment with no view (not even the street). I was told they have no idea which apartment we will be staying at, that they will let us know only few days before the arrival, which already felt suspicious. Of course it was the apartment in the zero floor with no view (not even the street, either wall or covered vindow). I would recomend it only for sleeping at night or short stay. Also it was noisy from the hallway. elevator, other guests in the building. For the price we were paying it was expensive. The apartment is modern but needs refurbishment, felt very used and dirty (walls, couch, fungus in the shower etc.)

great group accommodation in a great central area of Barcelona

spacious with all the facilities we needed. the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and even had a welcome bottle of water in the fridge on our arrival which was much appreciated

no natural light coming in. The balcony/ windows were facing inwards towards the building. Only one dishwasher tablet and one sachet of washing powder was given. between 6 people for 6 days this was definitely not enough, especially as there was only one towel per person so we had to wash them often. The toiletries in the shower needed filled up

Exceptional

Excellent apartment. Beautifully furnished. Great location.

IPlug socket with live wires was hanging out of the wall. However it was quickly seen to when we reported it. Also, top bunk of bunk beds was unusable for us as no guard to stop a child falling out of it!

Pleasant

Location great.

It wasn’t clear where the apartment was located once we had the key. The numbers and letters didn’t match up. Very annoying when you have bug and heavy bags to carry up stairs. Bedside lamp in main room didn’t work. Kitchen tap leaked all over the work top. Bathroom a bit tired.

Really cosy and well located!

The flat is wide and charming, well decorated and cosy. There's a small sunny balcony. Bed are confy and clean. Complete kitchen and washmachine. Location is perfect, very close to supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants and cafes. Very close to many attractions: Plaza Catalunya, Casa Mila, Casa Batlo, Arc d' Triumph, etc. etc. A small sunny balcony.

The top of the bank bed is scary, there's no protection and the bed is quiet narrow. For a kid - in my opinion - is dangerous. There should be a kind of grid protection. The shower in both bathrooms is a bit tricky for older people or for people with mobility problems, handicap.

We had to call maintenance out as after a night out we came back to our bathroom flooded and our electricity off ,and the doors in bedroom had leaked all water in and a few of our belongings were wet
