Beautiful, cozy and conveniently located.

The property was very spacious, with ample amenities, and close to convenience stores around the area, major attractions and even to the main Osaka station. The 4 bedrooms ensured that our group of 6 had enough space to go around.

Would have been abit better if there was an elevator since there were people in the group who had leg injuries, but all good.

Good neighbourhood, 10 min walk to nearest supermarket which is a life saver. Passable facilities and amenities. Basic needs met but do not expect more. Room big enough

Not v. Sound proof, can be noisy at times. A long narrow flight of stairs is the only access to the flat, potentially dangerous to guests with heavy luggages.

Nice for a large family / group, but don't have high expectations.

Spacious property with lots of bedrooms. 10-15 minute walk from the station. Lots of toiletries / washing machine supplies provided. Multiple restaurants and supermarkets withing easy walking distance.

The pictures are somewhat old, and the property is looking a tired since they were taken. Though there is lots of space (and very large bedrooms) the space isn't well used. For example: there is virtually nowhere to put clothing except the floor, there are no hooks / rails for towels to dry (and for some reason there are no hand towels anywhere), the kitchenette is mostly taken up by a large, locked, cupboard full of cleaning supplies and the water heater, with limited space to store groceries / cooking implements.

Wonderful stay

Good sized apartment (especially for Japan), clean and well managed. - Safe neighborhood, close to main major train station and shopping malls. - Convenient store across the road. Plenty of eateries right downstairs - Umeda is the closest Subway station. - Having a kitchen, washing machine, cutlery and crockery is most helpful. Beds are comfortable and clean Conclusion - A good property, will stay again. Perfect for families with kids.

fine place to stay near the train station

very convenient to the train station - an easy walk, very good kitchen - liked the lockbox for the room keys

no face towels if kitchen towels, no clear instructions on use of the washing machine so afraid to use it. there was no dining table and I was disappointed that the unit didn’t look like the photo at all.

Facilities, cleanliness, surrounding (near too many small garden)

Location quite far from Osaka station, the stairs to the room quite narrow and it's hard to carry a luggage. There's no place to leave your luggage after check out. If you have a night flight you need to find a coin locker to leave your luggage.

Excellent space for a family of 4, like a Tardis. Comfy beds, WiFi on point, great location.

The lockbox is clearly labelled, and very easy to obtain keys to access the room. Also, provides a safe place to leave the key, and not take with us on the daily travels, that can sometimes lead to losing the key!

Lovely and spacious apartment, super close to 3 train stations and to food choices! Love it!

Lovely and spacious apartment, there’s even a room for each of my kids. Very homely and welcoming, and everything is provided, even extra towels. Love the proximity to 3 train stations; it helped us so much in traveling around. Very convenient eateries downstairs and around the area. The precise check in instructions were also very helpful!

Needing to pull heavy lugggage up to level 3. But the host has provided a pulley system which helped!

Great property. Perfect for a family of 4-5. Location is quite and accessible. Room is spacious.

The hosts are very helpful and answers questions. They also helped me find my bracelet that I left in the apartment.

The stairs are quite tiny and steep but manageable

Good quality for they money. Upstairs neithers sounded like the were stomping around at night.

only 1 towel each for 4 people for a multi stay trip. Small washer drier combo doesnt dry properly but good wnough.

Peaceful stay

Location. We went to Osaka via Willer overnight bus back and forth. Place is very close to the said bus station. Place is peaceful, perfect for relaxation.

The appartement is big, convenient and clean. The hosts provide everything needed. The beds are really comfy!!
