Cheap but basic

1. Location near Wynwood (busy district with bars and resturants) 2. the price was reasonable 3. Communication with Owners was quick and easy

1. The apartment block looks like it is in a run-down area. Did not feel safe to go for a walk around the block 2. The apartment is basic with minimal furniture/fittings 3. the bunk beds creaked, so it made it difficult for two people to share 4. Some of the towels had marks and the place did not look like it had been throughly cleaned 5. We were expected to empty the bins before leaving

La cama ya necesita cambio. No es justo que por unas camas ya vencidas vayan a bajarle punto a la propiedad.

Nur ok wenn sie keine Ansprüche haben...

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ok, nette Restaurant Tipps vom Gastgeber. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Das Wifi hat nicht funktioniert, es konnten damit nicht mal eine Webseite aufgerufen werden. Auf den Handtüchern und auf den Bettlacken war überall Flecken zu finden, teilweise Blutflecken sehr eklig. Das schlimmste waren die Betten, so durch gelegen das man in ein Loch in der Mitte der Matratze gefallen ist.

Didn't get what we paid for

Easy to find and responsive owners .Gated community

Old nasty shower curtain Wash cloths had stains, Dated Everything looked old and gross and in bad need of updates. Its located in the ghetto surrounded by drug addicts and homeless

Beim nächsten Mal doch lieber ein Hotel

Lage gut, mit einem Auto ist man relativ "rasch" am Ziel. Großzügige Räumlichkeiten. Kontakt mit Vermieter lief reibungslos!

Leider nicht sehr sauber, Polstermöbel fleckig, zu wenige Handtücher für längeren Aufenthalt, kaum Zubehör in der Küche, Betten katastrophal - Matratze viel zu weich und das Bett knarzt bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung.

You will not sleep there

Nothing, not worth staying.

Shower was really bad, it was impossible to get the water in a good temperature. Air condition was so loud and it is or too cold or off. The door is transparent and it is always too bright, just at your face when you are trying to sleep. Internet is basically inexistent, impossible to do anything with it. Not even a simple text message. The flush from the apartment above was so loud that wake us up. The apartment had a bad smell, like mold smell. The apartment we stayed faced the street and it was so loud, beside it is on the airplanes route and it was constantly loud nose of airplanes too. The bed is terrible, even a small movimento makes noise and the mattress is old and too soft that I was sinking on it. I cloud not sleep during all my stay.

Bad/ unsafe location

I like that the apartment was clean, and as description matched the pictures online.

The apartments are located in a rough neighborhood. The people that stay next to the apartment are outside all night blasting music and drinking. Also had people that stayed in the apartment on there front talking and yelling late at night and early in the morning. Even had someone tried opening my door at the middle of the night. Was very scary, which is why I checked out a day Early. Did not get a refund for the night that I didn't occupy the resident. Hard to get in contact with someone about a refund. Will not stay there again, considering I travel to Miami very often.

Mangelfullt utstyrt kjøkken, bare 2 gafler f.eks. Dårlige stekepanner og kasseroller. Ikke salongbord foran sofaen. Ikke kjøkkenhåndklær som det sto.

Ήσυχη περιοχή, ωστόσο κοντά στο κέντρο. Ιδιωτικό δωρεάν πάρκινγκ για το αμάξι Πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες με προθυμία να λύσουν όλα τα θέματα και τις ανάγκες μας!

Apartamentos modernos pero mal mantenidos

La ubicación está bien, cerca del aeropuerto y cerca del centro. El parking privado del condominio es muy cómodo. La climatización funciona muy bien

Las camas son extremadamente incómodas, nos aparecieron hasta 5 cucarachas en el baño. Faltaba menaje en la casa, no había suficientes cubiertos o vasos para todos

La ubicación relativamente cerca del centro y de la playa aunque exige coger el coche igualmente

Las cucarachas que salen por las noches en el baño, el colchón de una de las camas era insoportable, no se pudo dormirme allí y la falta de menaje en la casa.

Overall, we made it through the night and thankfully had Leydis to help us out!

The only thing we liked was the cleanliness of the property. We would like to give a big "shout out" to one of the house keepers. Her name is Leydis. She made sure that we were completely satisfied and taken care of. She was very nice and kind!

We did not like where the property was located and we definitely advise not to bring small children to stay there.

Super Apartment in der Umgebung Wynwood

Unkomplizierter Check-in über Codes am Tor und Haustür. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Wohnzimmer inkl. Fernseher. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt und die Parkmöglichkeit vor der Tür war toll. Pflegeprodukte waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Kostenlose Waschmaschine nutzbar. Klimaanlage ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die Küche war nur für drei Personen eingerichtet. Für uns war das aber völlig ausreichend. Eine Kaffeemaschine ist nicht vorhanden. Das Internet ist nicht so gut, langt aber auch aus.

Cómodo amplio y completo

La puerta exterior acristalada no me parece la mejor opción aunque sea traslucida. Deja ver las sombras de las personas pasando por delante de la puerta y resulta algo incomoda.

Ruined Our Vacation

The staff was extremely helpful

First and foremost the beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable and every time you move they sound like they are going to fall apart. We also felt unsafe with a cracked glass door regardless of all of the security...between the uncomfortable bed and the sirens we were up most of the night and we are from Washington DC. Smoke detectors and wall plug covers are missing and there was half a roll of toilet paper. We purchased some and left for next guests. We also ended up leaving a day early and having to get another place to stay it was that bad.

I do not recommend it

I can't say anything because I was never at the property and they still charged me for 1 night (I had booked for 2 nights and canceled the reservation in less than 1 hour and they still charged me so my family and I do not recommend them)

I made the reservation at 11:45pm, they sent me the location of the apartment but when I got to the area I had no way to enter because I didn't have a code and when I waited outside everything was dark and there were strange people near the building so my family and I did not feel safe and we immediately called to cancel the reservation, which did not proceed 100% and we thought it was unfair because we never stayed at the property.

La ubicación es excelente. El personal Emy, es muy amable y atento y esta disponible a todo momento por mensajes de Booking y te ayuda muchisimo!

Eramos 5 y solo tenian en el departamento 2 (primer piso) 3 tenedores, platos, cucharas, etc. La literal del cuarto doble, en la cama de abajo, "chilla" mucho cada vez que te mueves oara algun lado.

Majoituspaikka on aidattu hyvin ja lähialue on hyvin paikallista ok talo aluetta. Yleisilme on siisti mutta jos katsoo vaikka sängyn sisään niin tee se vasta kun olet lähdössä. Tässä ei ole lähellä kauppaa tai ravintolaa joten auto on melkein pakko olla tai uber kuljetukset. Huoneisto on tilava kyllä, mutta jos olet 1 kerroksessa niin kaikki näkee sisään. Autolle hyvin paikkoja Suuri jääkaappi

Ilmastointi on äänekäs ja huono. Patjat ovat huonot Pienten lasten kanssa paikka on vaarallinen asua - sähköt ovat kaikki rikki tai sähkö rasiat auki. Wc ovea ei saa lukkoon Suihku huono Makuuhuoneiden ovia ei saa lukkoon jos tarvitset aikuisten aikaa. Äänieristys huono.

It was very nice place to live in.

The size of apartament and free car parking.

I am not sure if the aparment was clean. I had to wash plates, glasses, curlery and bathtube ( it had traces of use).

Der Manager war sehr bemüht um unsere Aufenthalt

Defekte Kochplatte.Bei unseren Ankunft hätten wir ein persönlichen Empfang erwartet. Wegen unsere mangelhafte Sprachkenntnisse die telefonische Unterweisung hat schlecht funktioniert.

De ruime kamers. Precies wat je nodig hebt tijdens een short stay

De voordeur was kapot, de vloer had beschadigingen, de tafel en bedkastjes waren viezig vanwege eerdere vlekken die niet meer weg te krijgen zijn.
