Good, clean, affordable room in a great location

Location was great and they were super accommodating with an early check in. I live in a busy city, so things like street noise just made me feel at home.

While staff was only a phone call away at all times, after check in, I saw literally no one after I checked in (not even other guests!). This isn't necessarily bad, just unexpected and I figured other folks might want to know.

Perfect base for a few days in Dublin

Room 110 - a spotless, spacious studio room with seating area, separate kitchen area and separate bathroom. Kitchen/hall: Includes a kettle, microwave, toaster and a small sink. Cups and dishes/plates, cutlery and tea/coffee are provided together with washing up liquid and sponge - take your own j-cloth or tea towel. Bathroom: Toilet, shower and a small basin. Nice and clean. Bedroom: Comfy double bed with electric/usb and bedside tables/lamps both sides of the bed. A coat and clothes hanging area and a dressing table/chest of drawers with TV on top facing the bed. TV takes HDMI and USB if you want to play your own stuff. It also has a lovely bay window with a seating area with two armchairs and a small table. Restaurants/bars/shops are close by and it's a on the 16 bus route which runs from the city centre to the airport. You can buy a Leap Visitor Card online ahead of your visit or at the airport. You are also within walking distance of the Green Line Luas (tram) and O'Connell Street, around 10-15 mins walk, and the city centre, around 10 mins further at a total of 1 mile/1.5km.

Apart from the weak shower, it was fine.

Cheap and cheerful, but not scruffy.

Not a great part of Dublin, but not dangerous, and an easy walk to the city centre Water pressure was very poor in the shower and it took ages to warm up.

Weekend in famiglia

Scelta azzeccata per il nostro soggiorno a Dublino. Posizione ottima sia per i trasferimenti da/per l'aeroporto che per andare in centro. Camera pulita e fornita di bollitore, forno a microonde e tostapane. Nel frigorifero abbiamo trovato acqua, succhi di frutta e muffin. Caffè e tea a disposizione. Camera silenziosa e calda, letti molto comodi. Struttura consigliata.

Non ho trovato nulla di negativo.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Dublin

Nettes Apartment mit Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Die Innenstadt von Dublin ist zu Fuß erreichbar, 2 Minisupermärkte sind gleich nebenan. Auch die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Tür (kleiner Tipp: mit der Nummer 16 kann man sehr preisgünstig mit der Leapcard zum Flughafen fahren und spart sich den Flughafenbus). Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und wird täglich gereinigt, das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Für meinen Geschmack was das Bett etwas zu schmal für 2 Personen und ich würde mir gerne selbst aussuchen können wann die Heizung an bzw aus ist.

Easy booking, good communication throughout, clean comfortable room.

Helpful staff. My room was great. All very clean. I don't have anything negative to say about these guys. They run a great business.

Ubicación y personal. Habitación confortable cn moqueta y buena calefacción. Cama cómoda. Sin ruidos. Secador bastante potente. Plancha ropa ok.

La alcachofa del grifo de la ducha que es fija y no cae mucha agua y le falta fuerza.

It was good , could do with updating in the rooms, nice chocolate muffins and juice and water in the room on arrival , about 25 min walk to where we wanted to go to grafton st and temple bar , staff were lovely

Really enjoyed our stay and felt very looked after

Fab spacious, comfortable and clean accommodation very close to Temple Bar.

My husband hit his head on the stairs as the ceiling was low. Hopefully they will pop as sign up or some bright tape onbthe low ceiling as its a bit of a hazard

Agradável. Bom custo-benefício tendo em comparação o alto custo de estadia em Dublin.

Limpeza e simpatia e presteza dos funcionários. A localização também é boa, com uma caminhada de 20 minutos se chega aos pontos turísticos. Dá para fazer tudo à pé. O hotel é simples, mas ficamos impressionados com a limpeza. O banheiro estava impecavelmente limpo. No quarto oferecem chaleira elétrica, chá e café. Na chegada, ainda tinha 2 suquinhos, água, bolinho e chocolate.

Fiquem atentos ao horário da chegada, pois não tem recepção 24 horas. Tomem nota do código da porta de entrada. Eu cometi o erro de não anotar e chegando lá, o App do Booking não funcionava e eu não consegui acessar o código da porta.

Claudia fue maravillosa, muy amable y simpática La habitacion tenia cocina y fue un extra que no esperábamos, muy grande en general y la cama muy comoda La ubicacion perfecta, a 10min andando del centro de Dublin Sin duda repetiría en este sitio si volviera

Lo único que no me gustó mucho fue que se oía el piso de arriba como si estuvieran dentro de nuestra habitación porque el suelo es como de madera y suena, pero por decir algo, todo estuvo estupendo

La comodidad y los servicios. Todo muy agradable. Cercano relativamente al centro :) Un buenísimo detalle los zumos, galletas… además de que hubiese gel, champú, crema corporal… Muy recomendable!

Las escaleras… ausencia de ascensor, nosotros que estábamos en la tercera planta, era lo menos cómodo de la estancia.

Goede uitvalsbasis om Dublin te verkennen

Locatie op loopafstand van het centrum. Schone kamer en ruim genoeg met een aparte keuken en badkamer. Wel veel trappen naar de derde verdieping. Aan de overkant van de straat is een shop waar je prima verse koffie en belegde broodjes kunt halen. En er is een veilige plek voor de auto. Het personeel wisselt veel maar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

We vonden de buurt niet prettig.

A pleasant and affordable stay, the place exceeded my expectations and I would stay there again.

The room is very large with a king sized bed, a small kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, and a nice bathroom. The room was overall very clean, and they cleaned the room everyday. Overall a great place to stay.

The location isn't the greatest since it is a bit of a walk to the nearest tourist attractions and the city centre.

Perfect holiday accommodation very close to the city centre

Very comfortable room and facilities. Lovely furnishings, especially the curtains! All our needs catered for, including maps of the city and sightseeing information. Great location only 10 mins walk from O Connell street.

The host Claudia was incredibly kind and really helpful, the hotel is beautiful, the room spacious and clean. They also had washing machines which was great, and a kitchen were you can store your food or cook.

Completely adequate in every way

I liked the price- and it really was not far from downtown-- a 7$ Uber ride. I was most impressed with the shampoo and shower, TV and comfy duvet. I liked the privacy& Location. There was an excellent healthy cafe a block away.

I don't know how the property could be better without raising the cost. It had everything we needed. This is not a property for a posh person, however: It is a very nice budget accommodation, so a fancy or fearful person- or person with mobility problems, would not like this hotel.
