Great but our stay was tarnished by one of the reception team

The breakfasts at this hotel were really good. The restaurant situated on the 7th floor was fine dining at its best. Great food, service and not too expensive. Location was also good for getting around the city on foot.

The service from the reception team could have been better generally. One person in particular has put me off ever staying at this hotel again. Such a shame!!

have to pay by credit card, no kettle, in the middle of the center but a bit far to central station, fridge did not cool on high setting

sehr schön, bis auf die Beeinträchtigung durch den Baulärm.

Zentrale Lage.

Der Baulärm ab 8.00 morgens (Presslufthammer im Untergeschoss, wie fühlten uns mitten in der Baustelle). Hier hat ein Hinweis bei der Buchung gefehlt. Darüber waren wir verärgert.

Good central location for walking. Easy access to local golf courses. Parking ok.

Swimming pool could have been available before 10am. The Top swimming pool, no children, had children swimming in there when visited. No kettle in our junior suite, just a coffee machine. No discretion when at hotel street corner bar, having bought drinks, but finishing town snacks, told by hotel staff that not suitable, when they knew we were staying at the hotel.

Exceptional

Hotel staff were super helpful with everything regarding the stay. Their restaurant recommendations were amazing! The room was spacious and clean. The 3 pools were welcomed after a long day out sightseeing.

Housekeeping was done daily which was great but their attention to details across the 2 rooms we had differed. Reception staff were aware of the abnormalities and are working to correct. Apparently there is a fairly new crew that are still learning.

they had some nice pools, pool bar, gym and good ac in the rooms. the location was great for what we wanted, not too far from the airport and easy to walk around in Palma area to basically any of the main attractions.

the pool chairs filled up quick and the rooftop pool was always too full. not a huge deal but keep in mind if you have your heart set on lounging by the pool. it might take a bit to snap a chair.

We would definitely stay here again as the location was perfect.

The location was amazing. so close to bars and restaurants, and the centre of Palma. Rooms were big and had everything we needed. The breakfast was lovely and the pool areas were kept clean.

Hotel is in an excellent location. The staff are friendly and eager to help. Not too fussy. Relaxing

Servicing of the room took a long time which meant that you needed to vacate the room for most of the day.

Heated pool, locstion, size and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. We enjoyed every moment:)

On the first day, we ordered hamburger without balon and egg, ( and well done); but came wrong and serving manager didnt ask if all good or not. Also didnt ask if we'dwa t any drinks or not. We found it a bit rude. But the rest of the trip was lovely, hotel staff was extremely helpful.

Exactly what we needed for a weekend away

Lovely room, great location and loved having access to the pool, gym and sauna!

We wanted to use the sauna in the morning before we left but it was closed as the person running the spa wasn't there for her shift yet.

lovely property with friendly and helpful staff . great location food needs a lot of work ! breakfast was so cold and couldn’t eat it and lunch was poor . we sent it back to be cooked longer and it came back the same so we didn’t eat it . overall nice stay food improvement would make it great !
