L’amabilité du personnel. La chambre très fonctionnelle. La navette qui relie l’hôtel à différents endroits. La possibilité de privatiser un onsen.
Rien… hélas il a plu donc pas de possibilité de voir Fujisan de la chambre

Beautiful and big onsen. The room view to Mount Fuji is completely spectacular. Located next to a Fuji Q highland with lots of roller coasters. Super fun park. Also, the hotel offers a free shuttle to different destinations around the area included lake Kawaguchiko.

The onsen on the property was nice. Rooms were very well appointed and the service at breakfast was good with a wide selection of food. Easy launch pad to the Mt Fuji area.
Nothing.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The room beautifully merged 'Japandi' aesthetics, a blend of Japanese and Western styles. This is, by far, my favorite hotel in Japan. Although the staff didn't speak English, their efforts to assist were commendable and appreciated. The hospitality was warm and welcoming. The Onsen attached to the hotel is the best I experienced during my entire trip in Japan. The view of Mt. Fuji on my last day from the window was unforgettable. I will definitely return
The location is ideal if you have a car, as it reduces reliance on shuttles, trains, or buses.

Best value for money as it was so well priced considering what you get. What you get is a five star hotel in an exceptional landscape and the price so low compared to something in the city centre of Tokyo
Everything. The view is out of this world. They have a steam room shower and a massage chair in the room. The bed massive and comfortable and the whole hotel and facility’s are top level

Breakfast buffet and the view
I had to make the beds for my family on arrival. At the high price and standard of this hotel I was surprised guests had to do it themselves. We paid for breakfast to be included but were charged extra for our 3 children and told they're not included which was not indicated anywhere when booking.

Right next to Fuji-Q Park. Convenient for staying the whole day and night at the park. Also, you get 15 minutes' priority into the park before the public. They also provide a free shuttle to tour the Fujiyoshida area. And they have Fujiyama onsen that is right next to the hotel. Small fee for that to be included with your stay. Great for the whole family!

We liked the room #352 that we stayed in. Breakfast buffet was very good.
We didn’t like the initial room on 2nd floor that was assigned to which looked nothing like the picture; however the hotel staff was very helpful in finding us a new room that met our expectations.

Highly recommended!

The room right faced the Fuji mountain. The view is fabulous. The room almost includes everything, the spa, the breakfast and access to the park and museum, and the bus stop. The best choice ever.

Views from my room was amazing. I stayed here 3 nights and 2 of the days Mt Fuji was not visible at all but it was nice to be able to check from my window. The room is big and spacious and the staff were very helpful. The staff members went out of their way to organise private transport for me and gave me suggestions on where to visit. The hotel has a really nice spa and onsen facility. I caught the bus from Tokyo and the bus stop was right outside the hotel. I got to the hotel early (around 11am) and surprisingly they had the room ready for me and let me check in early. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to the town as well.
Overall it was a nice stay but the location is a bit far from everything else. The shuttle bus to the town ends early so if you are having dinner in town then its hard to get back to the hotel. I had to wait for taxi every night. The room I stayed at was a a bit dusty and you could tell that it had not been used for a while.

This was a very nice hotel and the location is unbeatable! After spending the day at FujiQ it was lovely spending the night somewhere so comfy and luxurious-feeling. Check in and checkout were super smooth and easy, and it’s also right next to the bus stop for the highway buses. Biggest bathtub I’ve seen in japan!!
A little pricy overall but not overpriced. I wish hotels in Japan would put body lotion in the bathrooms.

reception place quite big. onsen is nice.
room too small and the things in the hotel very old.

The view of Mount Fuji from our room was breathtaking, as was the view from the 4th floor terrace restaurant (where we had breakfast). The breakfast was good with an interesting array of food on offer. The onsen linked to the hotel was large and offered a nice array of facilities including different temperature baths as well as an outside bath in really nice surroundings.
We had a Japanese style family room which was in a poor state. Wallpaper was peeling, the dining table was covered in ring stains, much of the woodwork in the room was chipped/scratched. One of the plug sockets seemed to be a hazard with the socket loose in the wall so when you removed a plug from the socket, the whole socket moved out from the wall. Several of the light shades were damaged. The chairs in the room also had stains. The room was the most expensive per night of any room I have stayed in whilst in Japan (stopped at 3 hotels, all 4*) and this room was easily in the worst condition.

Seeing Mt Fuji not only at the entrance of the hotel, but also in the elevator, then also from my hotel room window easily made it worth it. The room was quite spacious easily almost double the size of my previous ones in Tokyo. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and a large portion are quite fluent in english from what I saw. Housekeeping was courteous and did a great job at keeping the room clean and fresh. Easy to get here from Tokyo through the highway bus with a direct stop right outside at the bus terminal. Free shuttle that goes to other places and train stations.
The Italian and Bakery restaurant had good food options, sweets options, and a nice view of Fuji along with take-out options. The breakfast buffet similarly has a very nice view and great food variety options. Along with unlimited fresh omelettes being made from the chef. Also direct and free access to Fuji-Q Highland theme park, the sky desk observation on top of the hotel which requires reservation, and most importantly the onsen next door. The onsen is quite nice with different options including an outdoor onsen though it doesn't have a view of Fuji. A couple of restaurants are nearby in the town a few minutes away or a couple food options in the hotel itself. There is also a nice souvenir shop in the hotel with items I found even in other far away souvenir shops, so it's nice to shop at if you're looking for a one stop trip place.
Location wise if you're planning on traveling outwards often and are not interested in the Fuji-Q Highland theme park then it can be a bit of an endeavor to go to the station often to take the rail or bus other places. While there is the free shuttle it comes by every hour or so which means you must time your departures carefully or else you end up having to wait another hour until it comes by again. Along with the location around the hotel is mostly roadway, but to get into the town isn't bad as it has a sidewalk just not very scenic with all the traffic and cars driving by. Restaurants in the hotel for dinner are all reservation only not a big deal for me since I just did take-out instead.
The desk placement for the room layout being right next to the window is a bit small, but oddly higher than it needs to be. Along with if the sun is out it is quite uncomfortable being under the sun shining directly at the desk area and I would worry about electronics on the desk. Housekeeping was kind enough to lower the window shade when after were clean which was a nice touch.
The breakfast while good feels like a number of the food options are a bit soft or mushy as a lot of the meats are not grilled or fried besides the fish. Even the fried chicken is dumped in sauce making it not crispy along with the bacon is boiled. After that there didn't feel like a ton of solid whole item options besides the rice, fried egg, fried egg roll, and toasted bread.

great view of my Fuji!!
AC was not able to control in-room temps separately from hotel system. if hotel had heat — the then in room unit only controles amount of heat but would not cool.
