Over all we enjoyed the stay

Location is excellent, few blocks from Sagrada Familia and half a block to the train station, a lot of restaurants near by, very safe neighborhood

Slippery floor in the shower Only 2 little bottles of shampoo for 4 people for 4 nights We have to remove all trash before leaving the apartment, not enough garbage bags Not enough toilet paper for 4 people have to buy it extra Safe was broken and manager made aware

Very good

Beds were super comfortable & spacious living area. Had everything we needed. Smart TV was great to have also. AC was good ☺️

Checking in on Sunday was a bit more difficult as we couldn’t bag drop because reception was closed. There were automated lockers in the apartment complex, but they were difficult to use and we ended up having to pay for lockers elsewhere. Not much toilet paper, and the loud noises whenever the water/shower was running.

Good city break with plenty of bars to eat nearby and a good base for exploring.

Good location for Sagrada Familia and St Pau Recinte Modernista. Near metro. Very helpful to have receptionist next door to assist with any requirements.

First floor with balcony was noisy with busy road immediately beneath. Lift was out of order several times whilst we were there. Aircon was a godsend!

Ideal apartment for a group of friends looking to stay in Barcelona.

The apartment was very comfortable and very clean. There were reasonable cooking facilities and it had a lovely terrace overlooking the road below. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating and it was very spacious for our group of 4.

There was only two authentic windows in the apartment meaning it was quite dark during the day. The only oven facility was a microwave oven.

Excellent location - great apartment

Excellent location - walking distance from la Sagrada Familia. Very nicely furnished apartment; had everything we needed. We were able to store our luggage and tour the city on the day we had to leave.

the location, the price and the staff were wonderful

I would like to raise a complain and monetary compensation becuasue the photos published on booking about the flat were not the same as the flat we were assigned. Super dissaponited

Beautiful apartment close to the center, definitelly worth the price

The room with two separare beds is situated near stairway. Everything happening on the stairs could be heard inside the room. Also they charge you damage deposit after you pay, which is even more than the price of your stay in the apartment.

Great location, nice clean apartment with everything you need. Simpe check in and check out.

Noice from the subway and noice from other people who do not obey house rules. Slamming with doors, yelling in the middle of the night every night. Maybe put some bigger signs with house rules if you renting to families. It looks like student dorm.

lovely property, good value for money.

the property was very roomy and comfortable- the beds were very comfortable and had good facilities

there was often a smell of sewage ( from the street) and the coffee machine had a bit missing.

Great stay, will consider if we come back to visit Barcelona

Location is walking distance to Sagrada and also one block away from a metro station. I very much liked the fact that it had a washer with a dryer feature, it helped to have clean clothes after sweaty days in Barcelona. There was a coffee shop right across the street, a few market shops very close by. The AC worked well and was a blessing to have. The staff was very helpful and kind. So all in one a good experience.

These are simply suggestions based on our experience, might not be so important for other travelers. It would have been nice to have some beach towels. With the craziness of the luggage transfer at the airports, we did not have room to pack any and it would have been very useful to have it available, especially that we did not stay that long and it was not worth to buy some. Not sure if COVID related, but it would have been nice to have some spices, oil, vinegar in the kitchen.
