The location was great, but the hotel needs some renovations. The rooms are old and the beds were hard as a rock. No idea how this is a 4 star hotel.

Hotel was beautiful. Spacious and super quiet. Love our room!! Only small things were noticed...screen door to balcony was rusted and hard to open/close. Some lightbulbs were out in the fixtures and some wallpaper peeling. Other than that, the room was super clean and felt cozy...you could completly unwind and relax.

We went for short trip to celebrate spring break with the kids, it was perfect , comfortable stay, clean and fresh rooms, nice indoor pool and perfect view of ocean… worth every penny. Thanks

Front desk staff was inconsistent. Initial check-in was friendly and helpful but when I came back a few min later to ask for a room with a more accessible tub because of mobility issues, the lady was unhelpful and dismissive. Morning desk staff (in ripped jeans and sweatshirts) didn't seem to know how to help with anything. Requests went unanswered. Overall not the Hilton quality I'd expect.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The representatives at the front desk were friendly and personal. Our room was everything. First, you walk in to a living room with big screen tv and sofa bed that sleeps two. You then enter into the kitchenette were you have a full refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, oven with stovetop and a microwave. To the other side is a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub with jets and a double bowl sink. Then, you walk into the bedroom with double full size beds, flat screen tv and a walkout to the balcony. The balcony is absolutely stunning, you can watch the sunset or rise while you listen to the sounds of the ocean and if it gets too cold, no worries, there is a private hot tub right there. The resort also have an indoor pool and a fabulous dinner for continental breakfast

Hi, Staff was great but our room was a bit dirty and had old features that were broken. Internet did not work , cleanliness on the surface was ok but many spots were left unclean. Room size and view were excellent.

not what i expected for a Hilton, rusty doors, since i used hotels.com i was restricted to what floor i could stay on. The beds were mushy, tv had very few Channels except nees and sports. parking sucked.

Comfortable and fun stay, off season, at a terrific hotel. Staff were friendly. It was all we expected, except for housekeepiing forgetting to service our rooms two days in a row, also in room coffee is really bad, the coffee maker only works with its pouches, and the kiosk in the lobby was closed the entire 4 days we were there. The restaurant was open by 7 and you could buy ok coffee at $4 per day...something a great hotel chain should have in hand. Anyway, the hotel is well situated and wed go back there.

I didn't say with them do the bad weather in my home town. And when i call they saw that i can't get refund and they didn't have any hot water in the building. And they still didn't refund my money back

My room was the perfect size for me as a solo traveler. It was clean and nicely appointed. I had an amazing clear view of the beach. The staff was very helpful, friendly and, polite. I had a galley-style kitchen with full-size appliances. They provided cookware, a blender, and some other odds and ends, as well as the usual plates and flatware. My only complaint overall has to do with the jetted tub and shower. Don't get me wrong; they worked perfectly fine. However, some of the jets in the tub needed some maintenance. The showerhead was a little worn probably due to use and hard water. I mean, my complaints are menial in the grand scheme but I was really looking forward to that tub. This doesn't mean that I wouldn't stay again; Absolutely, I would! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who asked me about it.

Room was a little outdated. The coffeemaker didn’t work, the kitchen had no sponge or dish soap (I was told they no longer give dish soap bc guests were putting dish soap in the dishwasher dispenser). Really? But I needed dish soap and I know how to use it! The best part about the room was the balcony with ocean view. Beautiful.

First, I would like to say I have stayed at this property a few times and I do enjoy it; I have never had any negative experiences. This recent trip was a little frustrating because I inquired (asked for) room service (cleaning) multiple times (I still have the conversations with the front desk) and it never happened. Additionally, I personally asked one of the ladies who clean if she could come to the room at her convenience and she stated she would come at 4pm; that didn’t happen. Overall, I enjoyed myself in OC as usual. Thanks

Everything was great. My only issue is hubby and I looked forward to getting in the jacuzzi but it's leary getting into one that also operates as part of the shower because the bottom looked very raggedy. So we didn't.... the view was amazing. Will return, but will try to call early to see if we can get one separate from shower next time. Overall fantastic!

We had the best short winter vacay! Pool hours were a hit for us. 5am-12am indoor pool hours are rare to find. OC winter so much family fun. Arcades,Bowling,Ice Skating, Mini golf. Hotel Suite for a great rate. Beds slept like a dream.

This is my third time staying here and this time was disappointing. The bath tub had so much dirt coming out from the jacuzzi hose we had to wait until 9:30am for room service to come clean. The conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom was out.

We booked a room with a tub and separate shower. When we got there it was a room with a large tub and NO separate shower. I cannot physically get in and out of a large tub like that. I was charged for a room with both. The hotel could not do anything because we used your service. It was not enjoyable because of the accommodations. We would not use Expedia again.
