Hotel is showing its age but was well kept up. Staff was friendly and attentive. Morning breakfast and evening appetizers, where were complimentary, saved us booko bucks. Would go back.

This one night stay was a blessing. I was extremely tired while driving to Flagstaff. Checking into this hotel was exactly what we needed. Very comfortable room, pleasant atmosphere, Friendly front desk. The evening food really helped. Had a late night dessert -ice cream from their market pantry- while enjoying the quiet lobby. We had some difficulty finding the entrance from the car, but once we did, all was great. Parking space was limited but we found one near the hotel so we didn’t have to park in the garage across the street. Thanks Drury Inn for being there for us.

Awesome hotel. Staff was super friendly. Love the additional perks like the free popcorn and the breakfast in the morning. Room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Staying at the Drury was a fantastic experience. I stay at this type/level of hotel all of the time for work, but this hotel shines much brighter than the rest. SO much hospitality from awesome breakfast every morning, genuine greetings all day long, popcorn, drink tickets and hor d ouvres/light dinner. PLENTY of place to get out of the room and work, socialize and more. From five star ot three star that was the best experience I've had in a hotel in a long time.

Check in went fast and smooth. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, but somewhat outdated. Bathroom is terrible location in room and has no fan for ventilation. The room has a bad smell any time someone uses the bathroom. We had to ask for extra toilet paper since roll was almost finished but found an extra roll under the towels. There was no soap or towels for the kitchenette. The breakfast service was good with a good selection but had to wait on staff to refill several items as there was only one person and she was great at helping. We only stayed one night and that was enough for us. I’ve stayed at other Drury hotels with much more amenities for the price. I would use this hotel again but get a different room.

Drury is our go-to when we travel! Never had a bad experience ever. Staff is always top notch and attentive. Beds comfy, room spotless and we love the evening snacks and drinks. No complaints. Customer for life!

Check in smooth, great customer service. Easy on site parking in garage with walkway to hotel. Very good food/drinks at kick back. This separates Drury as a cut above. Very good breakast. Employees outstanding. This is my new go to hotel in Northern Arizona.

Excellent service and great amenities. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They truly make you feel welcome and appreciated. The happy hour was impressive with the three free drinks and tasty appetizers offered. This is definitely a great place to stay and will be a preferred destination for future visits.

Absolutely amazing stay! The staff was all so incredibly friendly. The complimentary breakfast and dinner (!) were delicious, and had a great spread with variety day to day. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Hotel is looking dated on the inside. Bathroom not clean. They won’t light the two massive lobby fireplaces in the dead of snowy winter. (Cheap cheap cheap - clerk tried to say someone supposedly got hurt… ok put on a glass barrier like the other hotels in the area).

I always enjoy staying at the Drury. At this location the staff is very friendly and very on top of their hospitality service. The room I stayed in was of course tidy and clean. Toilets have the eco flush options. There are usb outlets too. I like that it’s very convenient. The room did have a slight funky stagnant smell. Body spray or perfume did the job to cover it up. I was only staying one night anyways.

i have traveled to 120+ countries and stayed in many hotels and a few in Flagstaff. the drury is my go to hotel in flagstaff. i went to school at NAU and return for visits. this hotel is in a perfect location with and easy walk to the historic downtown. it is also walking distance to most of the Flagstaff beer brew pubs. it is on the NAU campus. it has free covered parking. the hotel includes a generous breakfast and a nice dinner, though they call it snacks. if you can get a room ending with 01 through 07 you will have a great view of the san Franciso peaks. when you include the free meals and covered parking and location this hotel is a real bargain. i highly recommend this hotel.

Was very clean and pleasant! Loved the complimentary drinks and appetizers! The staff at the front desk are very informative and polite. However, someone started smoking in one of there rooms and it was coming through our vent in our bathroom on the morning we were leaving, if I would have stayed I would have had to ask to be moved because they kept smoking for about and hour and a half, my son and I have terrible asthma and had to crack the door on the balcony, while it was snowing, to finish packing to leave because the smoke was so bad! And no exhaust fan in the bathrooms to try to get it out! I would suggest they upgrade the ventilation system, so that don’t happen! Was told they are a smoke free hotel so was disappointed with that experience that morning but overall it was a great stay! Had a great time!

This hotel has a heavy hors d'oeuvre buffet in the evenings with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The staff is friendly and professional. I'm always going to look for a Drury Inn when I travel!

Great hotel. The staff was so nice and helpful. Will define go back. The rooms were big. We had a living room kitchen with mini-fridge and microwave. Location was great also. Walking distance wo downtown and 30 min drive to snow bowl. Breakfast was great. Kickback food could use some work but still fine

The price of the room had to be due that it was in Flagstaff, because the hotel is old and faded. Breakfast was included but not great. I swear they make the scrambled eggs from some powder or such and although there was a man there he was not able to fry any fresh eggs. In all, it’s Flagstaff.
