Whether for families or business it's a no brainer in TO

Love the indoor/outdoor pool for family fun, location, near shopping, sightseeing and transportation. Breakfast included was fantastic!

Parking is a bit steep.

Will never go back

Not much

It was extremely expensive. They charged me twice and have yet to reverse the charges. I have paid $2000 for two nights day and can’t be bothered to keep arguing with them on the phone. I will just never go there again.

Rude concierge

Most of the staff was really professional and courteous. It was really nice that they let me keep my luggage in the store room since I was in the city for a brief while only.

One of the concierge, couldn't get his name, was ever so condescending on the phone when I called to ask for some tea! Rude and unprofessional!

My stay was disappointing overall with a few nice experiences

Luggage staff and some reception staff excellent. Managers showed excellent response to complaints about food which was expensive but poorly served in room. Room service presented food in boxes which were awkward, unappetizing and difficult to eat from. Housekeeping was top notch.

Room service food particularly breakfast. The remodeling of the lobby presented little comfort and private areas. Too much emphasis on computers not enough emphasis on cozy relaxed places.

Excellent séjour .

Excellent séjour .La chambre est large et bien équipée. La vue par la fenêtre de la chambre, sur la ville, est â couper le souffle. Une excellente qualité de la nourriture dans le CLUB LOUNGE et un staff toujours à l'écoute des visiteurs. Un espace propre et convivial ! Â deux pas des centres d'intêret.

La ubicación y rápida conexión con centros comerciales y tiendas

Todo se ve antiguo, la iluminación de la habitación es malísima, no tiene tecnología y la zona de desayuno es desordenada y con pocas opciones para sentarse. Me di con la sorpresa de que si uno reserva con Booking, no obtiene los puntos de Marriott Bonvoy. Eso fue decepcionante.

W recepcji w momencie check-in okazało się, ze moje karty nie są przyjmowane przez terminal, ponieważ była to północ czasu w Europie nie miałam możliwości skontaktowania się z bankiem. W recenzji zaproponowano , abym zapłaciła gotówką. Nie poinformowano mnie, ze bankomat znajduje się obok stanowiska recepcji, w hotelu, wobec czego w obcym mieście musiałam udać się na poszukiwania bankomatu. Dodam, ze obiekt jest bardzo rozległy i tłoczny, wobec czego będąc w nim po raz pierwszy nie musiałam wiedzieć, ze i gdzie znajduje sie tam bankomat. Kolejnego dnia zadzwoniłam do mojego banku i powiedziano mi, ze są miejsca w USA i Kanadzie, w których terminale nie czytają kart z chipem i poradzono mi sprawdzenie w innych miejscu. Okazało się ,że na terenie hotelu- w barze oraz restauracji, w której jadłam śniadanie, karta przechodzi bez problemu. Problem akceptowania kart był tylko w recepcji hotelu Sytuacja braku możliwości zapłacenia kartą w momencie przyjazdu do hotelu po wielogodzinnym locie i zmianie strefy czasowej jest bardzo nieprzyjemna i niekomfortowa, podobnie jak konieczność poszukiwania bankomatu. Uważam, że hotel zlokalizowany w centrum miasta, gdzie zapewne zatrzymują się podróżni z Europy powinien informować potencjalnych klientów o możliwości wystąpienia takiej sytuacji. Przy check-out otrzymałam więc gotówkę ( depozyt)w dolarach kanadyjskich, które nie są mi potrzebne. Check-in trwał pól godziny i byłam przesuwana z okienka do okienka, w sumie zajmowały się tym 3 osoby. Każdorazowe podejście do recepcji oznacza oczekiwanie w kolejce.

Sheraton -Simply The Best!

Sheraton -Simply The Best! Amazing staff, beautiful atmosphere with a variety of backgrounds, fantastic amenities inside our room, perfect location to stay and get around to events and visit sites (celebrated my 60th birthday) and was graciously upgraded by Steven. We had a fantastic view of the Nathan Phillips Square for 2 nights. We arrived 3 hours early and was allowed to check in immediately with my autistic-adult son. We were loaned a small microwave; which made everything perfect and exceptional! We ate at the CF Eaton Centre which is in walking distance. We also walked to the St.Lawrence Market; along with the CN Tower and the Ripley's Aquarium (next to each other). This was my first time going to these 3 sites (my bucket list). Our beds were too comfortable. 🙃 I could have just stayed in bed for two days and just watch tv and admire the view outside. We were there on rainy and foggy days.

Loved the amazing hotel and the location but be prepared for the bells that chimes on the hour -the Old City Hall Clock Tower (60 Queen St.). I personally got use to them on the 2nd night as our beds were much too comfortable; felt like sleeping on a cloud.

Incheck duurde lang Kamer oudbollig en mn de badkamer… mini wastafel waar je niets op kwijt kan en wc er meteen naast-slecht. Geboekt incl ontbijt- wat krijg je, een voucher waar je 1 menu op kan bestellen… totaal niet flexibel. Daarnaast was het personeel erg traag. Jammer

O hotel não tem nada que me faça dar avaliação positiva. Cobram por tudo, o método de cobrança/pagamento é desorganizado, as instalações são normais (não tem nada de 4 estrelas), não tem estacionamento (só valet) e o lobby do hotel é frequentado por pessoas que não estão hospedadas no hotel.

We managed to have fun even with the accommodations.

Location is great. Not right downtown but close enough to everything. View was great. Staff were awesome.

The room was pretty run down. No ventilation at all, not even exhaust in the washroom. One of the elevators is very loud, we thought it was a street car going by the window at first. Shower started to back up after first night. So gross was the phlegm in pool when we were swimming. That was slightly traumatic. No staff around that area or I’m sure they would have handled it as they were great. Property needs work over all. It does have a decent gym if that’s your thing.

Zentral gelegen. Downtown konnte alles gut zu Fuß erreicht werden. Auch Union Station war zu Fuß erreichbar.

I will not be back.

the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel access is poor and not on the road they claim as an address. Parking is also difficult if you want or need to access your vehicle during your stay. The room was uncomfortably warm and the in room control did not work effectively. This made for very poor sleeping, no matter how nice the room or bed.

Amazing hotel. Amazing views. Amazing beds!

What an incredible stay! The location is top notch. I spent a bit extra to get the City Hall/Nathan Philips Square view and boy were we impressed! I requested a high floor when I made the booking, and we got 39th floor with sprawling views of the city north of Queen St. I can't stress enough how comfortable the bed was.

Parking is quite expensive at the hotel and surrounding area Green P. Especially if you'll be in and out. But what can you expect in such a prime touristy area? AMAZING stay!

Great stay, great location. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool!

Friendly staff and the pool was really great, kids enjoyed it. Room was clean, comfortable bed for me (hubby prefers a firmer bed).

I have a hard time paying C$584 plus taxes for a night at a hotel. I paid 5 different rates for the 5 nights I stayed, and this was the highest one, but I feel it's exorbitant. It's Toronto in April - I mean, come on. It's not high tourist season. It could have snowed while we were here (it didn't, but the weather is so hit or miss in April). One other thing is that the housekeeper must have mistakenly grabbed my daughter's new jogging pants that were hanging under a towel on the back of the bathroom door. I checked with the desk a couple days later when we were packing to leave and noticed them missing, and sadly they weren't turned in. :(

Enjoyed a quick stay in Toronto in a central hotel with good service and adequate quality rooms.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Everyone from our initial contact with the valet through to reception, bar staff, housekeeping and cafe staff.

The room was fine, but felt rather dated and well used. There were a couple of stains on the carpet and the sheet style duvet was badly creased. The amenities were not tamper proof.

The area is full of road construction and will be for years now This is a convention hotel and the lobby is one bog reception area for partying convention people : a terrible experience the moment you hit the lobby All the air is reconstituted through one vent in the room : eg no opening windows.

Great location close to Eaton Centre and entertainment district. Spacious room with comfy beds and pillows. Good shower pressure.

Expensive for what it was - especially with all the added taxes - but that's Toronto!

It wasn’t worth it and you waste your money

Just location was good Staff in check in and check good specially a lady Fariba was very friendly and very cooperative

Breakfast was very bad, our reservation was breakfast included but they give us voucher for each day and just the staff brought something and it was not like Hotel and they told us just you can eat there thing
