Pecfecto alojamiento y ubicación

La ubicación es perfecta para visitar todo, cerca de paradas de metro y bus. Se encuentra a 3 manzanas (cuadras) de Times Square, tiene varios supermercados y restaurantes en la misma calle. No cuenta con ascensor aun así es muy recomendable por precio y ubicación, si estas ágil y no llevas demasiado equipaje te resultará perfecto.

Aurait put être mieux si les points relevés précédemment n’avaient pas été négligés

La localisation de l’appartement et l’appartement en général

Personne ne m’a contacté avant mon arrivée pour me donner les instructions de l’appartement ni du parking, plusieurs choses dans l’appartement étaient cassées (placard, chaises…), le ménage laissait fortement à désirer : frites et mouchoirs, sachets de sauce étaient sous le canapé, le wifi sur la télévision ne fonctionnait pas.

Inconvenience

It was nice and clean in a good location

The steps to get it book I had book the stay and was not told about my deposit and having to take several steps to check in including having to change to host 3 time at 4pm when our check in was. And when we got there the key fob didn’t work the host didn’t resolve this issue and any time we left the unit we struggle to get in the only reason we were not stranded outside is because the security helped us get in

Good location, poor service.

The location is most advantageous. It could be a good setup for a few days stay. We ordered a second key and received it shortly after arriving. The apartment was clean.

Getting in to the apartment was a headache, a neighbor ended up helping us. The apartment is quite small, the decor and furniture were dated. Although we contacted the company straight after arrival the Wi-Fi never worked. The company claimed to have contacted their so-called IT department but we never received feasible information. In summary the price of 600 dollars per night is too high for what we received.

Not worth the money, not what the pictures showed

The location was great and that’s about it

When we first got there 2 of the 3 bedrooms had no power, no lights or plug ins where working. Spent 2.5 hrs going back and forth via text, the fuse panel was behind a closet and had to be moved, not my idea of a holiday moving furniture. The next morning went to have a shower and the shower in the master bath didn’t drain, so we had water ever where. When I text the person I texted the day before no response. When I first booked the unit the pictures shown on Booking was not the condo we got, what we got I found over priced. There pretty sure I will never stay in a Globestay property again, I spend a lot of time staying in AirBnbs and was extremely unhappy with my stay.

We don’t recommend this place.

The location is convenient, and they offer paid parking facilities.

First, we received incorrect instructions, leading us to attempt to access the wrong room, for which we had to apologize. Second, there was no available WiFi, and the customer service team showed little concern for this issue, providing no updates until our check-out. Lastly, one of the bedroom doors could not close properly.

It was a nice apartment in a great section of the City but the directions to get in were hard.

Nice apartment in a great part of the City at a fair price. there was no breakfast, so this question doesn't make sense.

Getting in and using the fob were the worst parts of this experience. It was very complicated and there was no one on site who could help. You can't exactly rely on electronic communication when the buzzer won't respond to what you thought were the directions. Other people in the building --not the management--ended up helping us.. Also, we were only allowed one fob for four adults--pretty hard to coordinate everything we did for four days to accommodate this limitation.

the place a bit rent ready. the bath had no closure to have a bath, there was no oven dishes to use the oven, no instructions for confusing induction stove (we did try googling), the dishes were new and never cleaned with stickers and the AC was not working. we were the lucky family I guess

Great views. Comfortable bed. Clean apartment. Good location. Value for money.

No storage for luggage on day of departure. The information in the white folder in the apartment was incorrect regarding the check out procedure - about leaving the keys with the reception.

Property has bed bugs and poor management!

Location is excellent! Walking distance to Chinatown and many other places. View from the balcony was to die for!!

Property managements attitude and friendliness could be much better! Had a major concern over bed bugs as I was being bit at night on both the bedroom bed and the pull out couch. I expressed my concerns to the "manager" who did not seem to even care or empathize to me about the situation. As of yet I still have not received any replies from the property owner or manager. This was the only thing preventing me from ever staying with them again!
