Not happy with this establishment. Will not be staying here again.

Location was convenient. Easy to access

There were 4 or 5 trash bags beside the elevator and random bags in front of some of the hotel doors. They were there when we checked in and were still there when we checked out. There was a lady downstairs in lobby who was on her phone sorta just lounging with her shoes dangling on her toes. Upon checking out a very nice young girl assisted me and I ask for a receipt, it looked like she was trying to figure out how to do while a older gentleman was on the phone, he got huffy and seem irritated when she ask for help. That was very unprofessional. I will not be staying here again. The pictures were better then the actual hotel.

Convenient and affordable stay when transiting to/from BWI airport and/or Amtrak on short layovers

Staff, including front desk and shuttles (from Amtrak and to BWI), were very friendly and the complimentary shuttle service in both directions - even in very off-hours (11pm arrival, 4am departure) - was prompt and efficient. When arriving via Amtrak, a call is required to ensure the shuttle stops at the train station, but it only took about a minute to call and confirm my arrival and the shuttle arrived quickly.

Just a hint of muffled TV sounds from neighboring rooms, but not enough to keep me from being able to get a quick night's rest in, especially given the surrounding neighborhood being very quiet.

Stinky,dirty hotel, poor management go somewhere else.

There was nothing I liked about the property. My fiancé mentioned the building needed a power wash as we pulled into the parking lot.. first red flag. The place stinks!

So many different smells. Not one of the odors smelled “clean”. Typo first walk in and it smells like old sweat socks and air freshener. Through the double doors to the front desk the smell changes again. The whole place just stinks. The walls were filthy. The first room they gave us did not have a second sink (got a queen suite). The room smelled like smoke, had bugs, and there was moldy food under the bed. I requested another room. There was a literate hair ball in the fridge. This one was “cleaner” but not by much. There were stains on the sofa bed. There flies coming out the vents in the bathroom. The sofa bed did not even work the kids all crammed in the bed with my wife. Towels felt like sand paper. Management would only give me one pillow without a case and a sheet I had to go back down to get another(after an hour). Walking in the hallway we saw a big dead roach. Carpets need cleaning. Overall paint was sloppily done as well as patch jobs. Too many bugs

Hotel went down it wasn’t clean

The hotel did not have enough towels , room was severely dark, lighting was horrible.

Not ad good ad my first which brought me back got the 2nd time

The unstable carts, sliding door didn't open completely. Towels and was clothes were torn and not presentable. No lotion in room. The ice machine barely gave out ice. Breakfast hours should be extended til 10am not 9am

Stay was comfortable and quiet as expected.

Hotel easily accessible. Staff was friendly and provided great customer service. Hotel is in a convenient location for delivery services.

Morning Meal Boxes was limited in options and First Come-First Served. Request for linens was delayed due to House Keeping being busy.

Very nice will stay agin next time we fly out of being

The property was great location and had shuttle to airport the staff was very accommodating and friendly the room were clean and the price to leave personal vehicles while on vacation was awesome they even picked us back up a week later at the airport returning from vacation

Very dirty. Stains on the walls of some liquid that was very cleaned, light switch kept the lights on for both up and down position, cockroach in the shower, hair on the clean sheets.

the area to eat appeared to be under construction, out dated. room had a fridge looked worn and outlets not conveniently placed to charge devices furniture dated. exterior was more updated then the interior

The room was clean

The whole place smell of weed from the outside in. It is not a suitable place to stay with children. There wasn't a continental breakfast. There was no ice machine. Almost all vending machines were broken. Neither the bed nor pillows were comfortable.

Not what it used to be.....

The lobby was very nice

We stayed in Microtel when it first opened waaaay back in the day. Today it is NOTHING like it was, whoever took over ownership is doing a horrible job. There was a vacant room 2 doors down from us that the lock was broke on the door and the room was a complete mess, there was definitely some squatters in there. The room was clean but like I said nothing like it used to be. This was an overnight anniversary stay for us. We will not stay here again.
