Exceptional

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Upon arrival, our AC was already on to keep the room cool. The view from our room was exceptional, we were situated on the 21st floor. Although we were situated towards the back, we still had an amazing view of the Empower stadium. The hotel is within walking distance of the 16th Street Mall. There is plenty of selection as far as food choices. We would definitely choose this place to stay again

The bathroom could use more lighting. And possibly a fan. Also, we had trouble with cold water in the shower. Water would get so hot, we had to nearly turn the knob all the way off to get the water cooler. Water pressure for showers could use more pressure.

Location was the best reason for the price

The location was amazing. Right next to the downtown outdoor mall/shopping district. Had everything we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful anytime we had questions or needs. The pool was on our floor, it's got fake vines to help add privacy to the balcony.

The water wouldn't get hotter than luke war. We were not told at check in about needing to use the key cards for the elevators (a note in the elevator would help with this), and there should be a note in the rooms about how to get ice while this location is under construction. The buffet breakfast is over priced for the selection and quality. We also had concerns because of the construction there was no access to stairs from the upper floors to the ground, stairs only went to 5th floor...this was a safety concern for us.

Great location and facility at a cheaper price than other hotels in the area. Clean and updated room

Great location less than 5 minutes walking from the convention center where my conference was being held! Very clean, new looking room with nice amenities. Friendly staff. Workout room with dumbbells up to 50 lb and functional trainer, good enough for a workout on a short stay.

ok…could have been better

I loved the location and the bed was very comfortable and the rooms were honestly pretty spacious

The property is kind of under construction unfortunately… The only elevator that seem to work all the time was the elevator that was under construction and that one was kind of sketchy. We booked a king suite, but got a handicap, accessible suite, and the shower was a roll in shower, which made a humongous mess everywhere because of the way they designed the draining system so that was a little annoying. They also stuck us right by the elevator, which made it a little loud. The fridge was a lot smaller than in other rooms at the Sonesta as well so that was a little disappointing especially when you have to-go food and maybe a couple of beverages you need to keep cold it can barely fit three beers.

overall fine, the F&B staff at breakfast was awesome !

the room was fine but the carpet was wet, since we were very tired we did not say anything

the main hall carpet at the 21 floor needed to be vacuum

great location, pricey parking

great walking distance to shopping and restaurants

parking was expensive I didn't realize breakfast wasn't included so we paid $20 a piece for a not so great breakfast we also ended up needing to have dinner there and the menu was different than what showed online and it was not good and very pricey.

It was decent but the renovations did affect our stay.

I liked that the staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs and was more than willing to refund us for the things that had occurred in our room. Great attitude and very professional!

I didn’t like that once we got into the room to find out bathroom door broken and unable to close at all. The door to the room was not fully secured as the other rooms were and also no hot water in our room other than for a couple minutes. The hotel is under renovations so we were understanding to the situation but did inform the front desk.
