Overall good. But for the price, clean up the rooms properly and clean the parking area.

Superb

The shower had hair in it and had not been cleaned. Also, the parking garage was dirty and had trash strewn in certain areas.

Good location and close to harbour and airport. For longer visit would pick something smaller

Did not take breakfast at the hotel

It is a very large hotel and somewhat impersonal. Not as luxurious as other Hyatt properties we have stayed at. Probably caters more for convention goers than leisure users.

The perfect birthday accommodation

Perfect Bayview - View of N. Island Naval Base - Carrier Berth, 15th Flr. Ideal city/bay view.

Sorry that there wasn't a breakfast cafe, only to-go counter service.

Will definitely recommend and come back every year.

Everything was amazing.. the location was perfect.. close to downtown. Bay view was beautiful. Breakfast was great, every item in the menu was delicious. Freshly cooked and baked. My husband is very picky, this time I didn’t hear any complaints. Blaire made our 20th wedding anniversary celebration memorable. Thanks Blaire.

Adult pool was temporarily closed.

Great stay. Room didn’t quite live up to the price paid.

Location! Walking distance to many attractions. Plenty to do in the area.

Room bathroom was extremely outdated and sink had a large crack running across it. Water pressure in the shower was minimal and it was a struggle to get all soap and shampoo removed.

Adorei San Diego e a localização do Hotel

Localização perfeita,.Atendimento muito atencioso na recepção, em particular com Alfredo, Academia excelente em aparelhos, vista e limpeza. Piscina muito agradavel e Terraço também.

Fiquei na primeira parte da viagem na Torre à esquerda da recepção e na segunda na torre da direita, Seaport Tower. A da esquerda , Harbur Tower eu gostei muito mais. Camas com colchões muito usados, fazendo uma curva no meio. Toalhas podem ser mais novas devido ao valor da diária.

the location great right next to seaport village, petco park, and gaslamp district. room just ok and the view was great. bayview and coronado bridge. clean floor to ceiling windows.

no microwave for leftovers from restaurant. showerhead not clean and room had a urine smell. bed not very comfortable at all not a good value for what we got.

Good location on marine, and close to gas lamp quarter and padres baseball stadium

The water pressure in the sink was weak and shower did not drain in bath so was standing in dirty shower water.

Manchester Grand was at the center of all attractions, walking distance to the Seaport and Restaurants. Maria and Ashley made our stay a memorable one for our daughter's 13th birthday.

Great hotel. We’ll be back!!

Phenomenal location. Great pool area.

We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite which was phenomenal! The suite, although huge with a great view, seemed rather dated. There was an odd smell in the front area of the suite. The furnishings were outdated and the spa jets in the tub did not function. The pictures from the website of the Presidential suite showed updated furnishings, etc. Still…great getaway for the night!!

Fun, relaxing but way too expensive

The room was nice, but not nearly worth the money it cost per night. Location was great, easy to get to and right close to just about everything.

Price, the California taxes are ridiculous. That with the outrageous fees charged by the City, taxes and high nightly rates take away from being able to have a good time without remorse.

I made a huge mistake by staying my first 2 days at another hotel. I absolutely love the energy of the Manchester. My view was more than I imagined it would be. I loved the cleanliness. I even was able to hear the music of Diana Ross in concert.

There was not a thing wrong with my stay.

All around everyone in the hotel was exeptional and very friendly it had alot to offer and our stay couldnt have been better

My one night stay at the Grand Hyatt was a fabulous experience and will definitely go back for a longer stay!

Beautiful property! The lobby, facilities, room and location were all 10+. The staff was exceptional. No matter what part of the hotel you were in, they all were kind and very friendly. Lastly, the quality of the food was great in their breakfast buffet.

self parking was a bit pricey.
