A great experience.

We loved outside space. The flowers, the pool, the building. A beautiful place.

It would be nice to be able to get coffee at 7am or before. Some of us rise early. The first day we were there we were told that coffee would be ready at 7; but the next two days it was not.

Amazing.

We were welcomed super friendly and there were some beverages and food we could have when we arrived. It was very clean and quite, guests were all nice and friendly. The pool was just what we needed with fresh towels within reach.

Loved the cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.

The room was amazing, the patio was a cozy and relaxing place and by far my favorite feature of the room. Moreover, a clean hotel room. I’ve had my fair share of unclean rooms and this wasn’t that! Staff was friendly and hotel had a laidback, tranquil vibe.

The restaurant hours and the fact the bar wasn’t open at all until next month! It’s an adult only hotel, I was at least expecting some cocktails to lounge around with!

Overall, it was such a relaxing and gorgeous stay. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

I really loved how gorgeous the property was and how affordable it was being that it was next to downtown Palm Springs. The complimentary bikes were such a hit! It really allowed my partner and I explore the beautiful neighborhood homes and downtown. The pool area was such a relaxing vibe, the music they played was super chill and soothing. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Free daily parking was a plus! I will definitely be returning!

The only thing I would say is that the room was in need of a renovation. The bathroom window is in need for a redo of the privacy film or curtain, people can see us shower or use the restroom if they peeked in/walked by. They should also consider making window access to rooms, my room had none so we relied on the AC for air flow.

Sophisticated and comfortable retreat in PS.

The room and property design is fresh and modern. The bed is comfortable. Coffee, juice and breakfast rolls in the office in the morning. Pool's great. Parking convenient. Restaurants semi-attached are convenient and great! Small enough to feel secluded but with all the amenities.

We requested an early check in far in advance and arrived at 10:45a and were OK waiting but it became hours. We had to really push to get into the room. If we didn't, we weren't getting in there even by 3p. Seems like the property was not trying to accommodate by prioritizing the request or the room cleaning and/or they didn't have enough staff.

The room itself left me wanting, but the grounds and location made up for it.

The grounds are beautiful. The pool and hot tub area was impeccably gorgeous. Beautiful view. Great vibe. Lovely landscaping and style. The bed was very very comfortable and the bedsheets and linens were quality and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and even gave us a complimentary bottle of bubbly to celebrate our anniversary (the reason for our stay).

The room we were in had not been updated in a long time. There were cracks along the baseboard (well, where there *should’ve been* baseboards) in the bathroom and bedroom and lots of paint flaking off, it reminded me of a very old apartment that hadn’t been taken care of. For the price I would’ve like for the room to be higher quality.

Amazing hotel experience

The Alcazar was perfect for our babymoon in Palm Springs! The hotel was very clean, the pool and common areas were stunning, the rooms were large, beds were very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, as the location was close to everything and had many great spots within walking distance. We enjoyed the relaxed vibe of the pool compared to some of other more “party” hotel pools. Everyone at the front desk and throughout the property was great! Would highly recommend.

Odd Smell from around the property. Likely sewage odor or old wood. A little loud as it has a bar/restraunt by the lobby which gets lively after 8-9pm.

Great place to stay close to the action

Grounds were great! Beautiful. Bed was conformable and the room very clean. The location can't be beat, easy to walk to downtown Palm Springs restaurants.

Coffee earlier! For some people who get up early it is a little sad that there is no coffee in the room and not available before 7:30.

Clean comfortable stay close to downtown with a lovely pool courtyard area

Great location, walking distance to downtown. The property is wonderful, there’s a lovely pool and jacuzzi. They serve fresh pastries and coffee in the mornings at 7:30. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Some of the rooms are more noisy than others with a major road beside the property.

Our stay was amazing, I didn’t want to leave! everything was so perfect there.

it was beautiful, clean, and quiet! Very close to everything. the pool area was beautiful, the jacuzzi was great too! our room was very clean, shower worked great, and our bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby!! Definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed at in Palm Springs.

Alcazar - a relaxing, quiet getaway stay.

This was a return trip for us and like before, we found Alcazar to be just what we like about boutique hotels - lovely facility, friendly staff, and a quiet, private environment. Like the rooms, the pretty grounds are kept spotlessly clean, and the pool is crystal clear. Though not in bloom for us this trip, we've stayed at Alcazar when the jasmine is in bloom and the smell wafting through the air is quite lovely. We appreciated having an expresso machine available for guests - located in the reception area.

Lovely accommodation! Excellent location. Decor was very modern and the bed was very comfortable.

The rooms were spacious and the decor was well appointed and modern. The bed was very comfortable. We were in room #19 and it was tucked away near the pool area. We had a nice patio. I would recommend the boutique hotel.

Our stay was wonderful, so I have no negatives to point out.

Very good

The room was really nicely done. Fresh and clean with a huge comfy bed.

Breakfast was a take away option from a small kitchen in reception. It didn’t open until 07.30, which was a bit late I think. It really should have had tea and coffee making in the room. We were desperate for a cup of tea and had to leave the hotel to get one.

Acceptable hotel.

The room was nicely presented, the bed was comfortable and the patio was delightful.

The AC was VERY loud and I had a hard time sleeping. Also, it's quite normal for hotels to provide free drinking water in the rooms. This was not the case at the Alcazar and I was charged $3 for a bottle of water to drink. This is a small but highly irritating practice of the hotel.

The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. Very comfortable bed and nice linens. Bathroom was spacious and sleek. Coffee and coffee cake in the morning. Iced water dispensers at the pool and near the coffee.

great hotel great location lovely pool

excellent service and nice rooms- pool area clean and comfortable with plenty of shade as 100 degrees- also nice sitting out area for coffee adjacent to pool-very nice bar/ restaurant and breakfast adjacent to Hotel - albeit former closes at 10pm

was really impressed with your Hotel one point was we could not easily find hotel as is hidden from main road and address should be given as the side road which is where the entrance is for sat nav-a minor issue only

Stylish, luxurious and a pleasure to stay in

This is a really lovely hotel. you may pay a small amount more than some more basic hotels, but if you can stretch to it , do it. it’s worth it. It feels like luxury and like a real treat. The design an modern specification of the rooms and pool and communal areas is beautifully done. Yhe location of the hotel is also good for the main shops, restaurants & bars. Yhe staff are friendly & the continental breakfasts are good. Just as an extra enjoyment there are unlimited extra towels and iced water round the pool but also water features and chill out music.

One of the few hotels we could say everything was just right.

Nice spot in Palm Springs

Good location, walkable to downtown. Comfortable beds. Nice pool area for relaxing. 2 good restaurants on site. Helpful staff. Good coffee and pastries for breakfast included.

In our room the air conditioner was right by the bed and it was uncomfortable to have on at night as it blew freezing air into my face. The extra bathroom is a bit of a waste of space ( in my opinion) and could be better used as extra seating/relaxing space in the room.
