Solo 5 minutos estuve me retiré del hotel

Lo que pasó que llegué y retiré la estadía en hotel por malas condiciones de limpieza muy mal tuve que rentar en otro hotel

I had four rooms where trash was not collected for several days nor rooms refreshed.

I made reservations four weeks ahead my arrival for an ADA WHEEL Accessible shower and didnt get a room with such amenities when i arrived. It was very dissapointing to say the least and very uncomfotable.

Staff were friendly and easy to find. Big car park as well.

Sofa bed was wafer thin! Carpet was dirty and lots of stains. Bathroom wasn’t great as well. Bath/shower felt like you were going to go through it.

Worst place ever Dont recommend

Nothing at all ..

I Was originally supposed to stay 2 nights ,but we barely made it one night . the only reason we didn’t leave was because we were not gonna be able to get a refund , upon entering the room the smell was horrible there was no one that brought the towels you had to walk down and get everything yourself there was no room service available and the breakfast offered was disgusting something they would serve in prison ,The pool was disgusting and greasy we even checked out early at 8 AM when checkout was 12 that should show you how horrible and how bad that place is. The area is full of drug attic’s it’s just not a good area I do not recommend at all stick to the Scottsdale area’s arrowhead areas for leisure vacations

Overall it wasn’t too shabby, but the smell was overpowering.

Free breakfast and location right off the freeway was excellent

The hotel stunk.. I’m pretty sure it was the carpets, and stains were visible on the floor and couches the right elevator stunk like mildew or wet unfinished carpet

I’d give it an over all rating of 2 stars

The staff were great and I’d give the complimentary breakfast 4 stars.

I was very disappointed with the room. The sofa was very dirty and smelled. Arm rests were stained as well as the cushions. The mattress in the sofa bed was almost pancake thin. Felt like you were sleeping on springs. You got slapped in the face from the smell of cigarette smoke as soon as you entered the room. I was going to complain but I was afraid the other rooms were just as bad and maybe there wouldn’t be any other rooms available. So we just dealt with it. I would have provided photos but my phone camera wasn’t working.

Nice place to stay if you're on a budget. Not a fan of carpeting in rooms.

Staff was great, I would stay there again if I traveled on a budget.

Carpet was stained, couch was old. Room was sort of old. Outside of that, it was a pleasant stay.

This Hotel's not up to Hyatt standards and needs an urgent renovation. Great staff though

The staff is amazingly nice, they welcomed every time with a smile. When I complained about the roon, they promptly look for another room and moved us without a problem.

The first room assigned was a King's bed room as reserved but needing an urgent renovation. The carpet is old and very dirty with a lot of gross stains. The shower was not holding in the support and when we opened the water, the shower head was broken and water start running down the wall.

Disappointing

Breakfast surpassed expectations. Location is good near highway with good places to shop and grab meal nearby.

Room was one of the dirtiest we have ever experienced. The carpet left brown marks on our socks and the bathroom was full of hair. The pillows also had hair on them

Ok to stay for a night.

Breakfast was great. Check-out time is at 12P. Comfortable parking spaces. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was centric for what we needed to do on our trip. The Internet connection was great. The best part, they serve Starbucks coffee in the lobby.

This hotel is about 25 years old (built in 1998), and although it was renovated 7 years ago (2016) it needs another one urgently. We stayed on the second floor and the smell was very unpleasant, we didn't know if it was the carpets, or smells coming from rooms. Our room was falling apart (literally the floor skirting was coming off the walls), the water pressure and the temperature were inconsistent, the furniture looked old and had visible signs of wear and tear, and we came in to find what seemed to cheetos on the floor that made us doubt if the room was properly cleaned prior to our arrival.
