Good option for the location without paying $300 per night.

It is a pretty basic hotel, in a very good location to visit an otherwise fairly expensive city. It served our purpose for attending an outdoor concerts and being able to walk to and from.

There was nothing that we did not like as we knew the hotel from previous stays. It just "basic"... no pool, fitness room, restaurant/bar, etc. But, near everything you need.

Good location and value but read the fine print

The room was clean and the location is great for a trip to Bend.

I was disappointed the the kitchen had nothing in it except a coffee maker and toaster. When I inquired I was told that they took everything out of the kitchen so things wouldn't get stolen but I could ask for things at the desk. When I asked for a plate and a fork I was given a paper plate and a plastic fork. I have never been to a motel that advertised kitchenettes and was furnished like this. Im glad I wasn't planning on cooking while I was there. I know this is stated in the amenities but not really what one would look for having stayed other places that are similar. Also I was never clear about breakfast if it was included or cost. Was not asked at all about breakfast or given information at check in.

the view from our room was beautiful, was close enough to walk to restaurants/bars and shopping was close. we had a very comfortable stay.

It was clean, no hiccups with check or check out. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Would recommend to all friends and family.

The refrigerator was a bit loud, but was fixed by turning the temp dial down.

Location proximity to the River is great. Mall is located next door with plenty of options for shopping and eating. Hotel seems brand new and the large kitchen area and fridge are an unexpected bonus.

Decent stay but could make some improvements.

good comfortable room, good location

smoking area RIGHT outside an entrance/exit. smokers blocking the door. please move to an area well away from any doors. Walls are thin. Heard neighbors easily. Kitchen sink drained too slowly.
