Хороший отель новый или после хорошего ремонта. Шикарный вид с террасы, не хочется уходить.

Нет парковки. Но можно парковаться рядом.

The stay was great after moving to another room.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the location was close to bourdon st. We used the street car to travel down to bourdon

The first room was not clean properly. The refrigerator was leaking water in the room on the floor, bed had make up residue on the sheets, and the floors turned my white socks BLACK!

Muito boa !!!

O atendimento do pessoal foi muito bom, na sua maioria foram bem prestativos, os quartos são confortáveis, talvez faltando melhorias na iluminação e no banheiro que faltava ventilação. Mas é um local que ficaria novamente.

O café da manhã deixou a desejar, pelo valor da estadia nosso grupo esperava mais, não tinha frutas e pães normais, como o de forma, somente aqueles adocicados, ruins para se comer com o bacon, ovos por exemplo. Na comparação com outros hotéis que ficamos nessa viagem ele foi o pior que tivemos, penso que poderiam melhorar.

Never again!

Nothing

The bathroom door was broken, the tv was broken, the staff was not at all friendly, the lobby looked nothing like the pictures, the location was horrible and they messed up our reservation.

pas terrible

la chambre et de pouvoir laisser son bagage après le départ de la chambre avant de partir prendre un avion c'est tout ce que j'ai apprécié.

la chambre en bout de couloir donnait au coin du bâtiment se trouvait entre l'autoroute et une grande artère de la ville. du bruit incroyable toute la nuit. le petit déjeuner est très léger, pas de pains ni viennoiseries, plus d'eau chaude pour le thé par exemple à 8h30 alors qu'ils ferment à 9h. d'ailleurs c'est très tôt la fermeture du petit déjeuner, le roof top, nul, très nul

Bon rapport qualité-prix

Nous sommes restés une nuit seulement, l'hôtel est bien placé (possible de tout faire à pied), le personnel est agréable et le petit déjeuner est bien fourni.

La salle de bain était tout juste propre

Receptionists are really good and professional

It's good to stay, and I will stay again.

TV, the roof garden volume was really low. Bar guy tried to use to remote didn’t work. I had to go to my room to watch the superbowl. Wasn't happy.

A decent stay, could have been better

Nice location, the city panoramic view from my room was the highlight of my stay, spacious room, comfortable beds, and LaTanya at the front desk and Kedrick with valet were absolutely awesome! Kedrick seriously deserves a raise, Springhill Suites is lucky to have him! He is very courteous and such a pleasant person!!

My check-in process was smooth but it was a meh experience. No-one at the front desk or lobby bar seemed super cheerful or greeted me in a manner that I would have hoped for. I wasn’t reminded about breakfast time or informed of what floor the roof top bar, fitness center, and laundry was located on, and there was nothing noted inside of the room. My room had an old, wet, mildew type smell. This was my biggest dislike about the property. Also, upon checkout, Joe in valet was not very helpful. I understand if it’s not his job but not offering to help with luggage or at least open the car doors for myself and 2 female friends was flabbergasting. He just pulled up the car, didn’t even acknowledge us, I had to ask for my keys. Compared to how Kedrick treated us throughout my stay (who even opened the car doors of Uber drivers), I was highly disappointed.

Not very satisfied

Good size room.

Mold in the shower. Was put in handicap room . Didn’t request handicap room. Due to that water on floor when you shower. Bar hours need to be adjusted. No restaurant. Also we arrived after midnight. You have to have a key code to get in after hours. I had to call a friend staying there to get in building, so we could check in

Muy bien para una visita a Nueva Orleans

Personal muy amable. Muy cerca de Bourbon Street a 10min a pie o bien adquieres la Jazzypass de 3 días por 8$ y tienes tranvías casi delante del hotel. Habitación muy grande y renovada. La primera habitación que nos dieron se estropeó la climatización pero el recepcionista muy amable y eficiente nos dió la misma 1 piso más arriba. Lavandería autoservicio en la última planta. Por 5$ ropa lavada y secada en 1h.

Desayuno muy flojo y de no muy buena calidad. Las ventanas de la habitación no se abren con lo que no puedes ventilar las y además no insonorizadas bien pues se oyen sirenas a cada rato. Hay un puente donde duermen sin techo en tiendas de campaña al lado, pero en Nueva Orleans vas a ver vagabundos por todas partes.

Avis modéré mais pour dormir au chaud très bien

La grandeur de la chambre, la propreté, le lit, les installation, l emplacement proche de tout mais un peu la zone. Très calme, pas de bruit. Petit dej compris et copieux. Bien agencé. Roof top très sympa Par contre spéciale dédicace aux valets de la journée et du soir car 2 personnes adorables et très serviables

J avais pris une chambre supérieur sauf que je n avais pas fait attention il était marqué SANS VUE .. et pour moi c était sur cours et pas sur rue .. non non c était sans fenêtre oui oui donc 2 semaines tout au néons pas top. Manque de prise. Les femmes du ménage ne comprenaient pas grand chose et en 2 semaines ma chambre n a jamais été lavée

Other than the smell of sewage and dirty ice machine water everything else was very nice

The location was excellent, hotel was very nice, loved the roof deck, friendly staff, the parking valet guys where awesome, convenient to public transportation

The ice machine on our floor didn't work and the filtered water in the machine had brown stuff in it🤮, also at a point of time it was a horrible smell of sewage on our floor too. 3rd floor.

La habitación amplia y el desayuno

Me hicieron doble cargo según por depósito, la habitación tenía fundida la lámpara del baño la reporté me dijeron que la repararían y pasé dos días con la luz fundida, también la cortina black out estaba rota, no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación!

Agréable malgré tout

La proximité avec le tram, l’emplacement, le confort de la literie.

Nous avons dû installer nous-mêmes les draps du canapé lit. Les couverts et assiettes jetables du petit déjeuner ne sont pas très « planet friendly ». La temperature dans l’établissement était trop basse.

Terrible!!

My handicap room was very nice.

The lot recommended to park my car by the hotel didn’t have proper security. My personal car was stolen from the parking lot. I had to incur additional charges because of this to get back home to Texas which included rental car, pet fees, Ubers and not to mention the stress. They literally stole my car !! I did file a police report.

Not good! frustrating

It is a good hotel, with suitable location, near French quarter and easy access to the tram.

But lack of a god management. We have reserved a no view room (as per booking description) what was not a problem for us, but there is no window at all in the room, very claustrophobic situation. Manager just showed their website that is indicating “no window”, and was very sorry with booking mistake and did nothing. Also charged US$ 153,39 at check in and 16 days later the money was no returned to my account yet. Also the room was not refreshed every day.

If you want quality, this is the place to be!!

Very clean. Front office staff was exceptional with service. From the valet to the general workers everyone there should be commended for the highest quality service I have ever seen!

Ideal downtown location

The property is located in main downtown, causing problem for parking or expensive charged parking. The stinking smell of weed was annoying. The lift requires card for usage but only 2 cards were given for a room

Perfect night in the city with friends.

Location was exactly what we were looking for. Quick check in process. Welcoming bar area. Elevators were prompt. No outside noise even though busy street & freeway in view. Spacious room.

Good stay

Rooftop bar was really pretty, washing facilities, big window in the room, lots of space in the room. Ability to log in to Netflix. Good free breakfast.
